Food is ok to good. HOWEVER, both times I've ever been there they processed cc for more than signed receipt which included tip and math is correct. I have pic of signed rcpt while there and my copy.

We really like this place. Brunch and entrees are decent, but we go when in the queso and salsa mood. Three different types of salsa! Or very large, tasty margaritas if you want to ruin your Saturday or Sunday. I always get the Mexican Omelette/Scramble or the Huevos a la Mexicana and both are solid. Rufina was our server and she is always so friendly. Be patient with staff as they seem to all wear many hats, but the experience always leaves a smile on our face.

Went to get dinner and somehow was ignored nearly 5 times, took an hour and a half to get just two orders of fajitas. Was sat down and didn’t have someone come over with water or menus for almost 20 minutes, they offer chips and salsa because of the delay, cool. We order some queso and chips, then the queso comes out almost 30mins later with no chips, we ask for more chips. They come back 15mins later with chips. Queso is cold, offers to reheat it. We get our fajitas at least 45mins after entering just to have them give us no tortillas with a fajita order which is insane, we have to ask for the tortillas which somehow takes another 10mins to get to us, then they hand us the overcooked queso like we would still want it. We both ate just one fajita and asked for the check, absolute worst restaurant service I have ever had. I am only leaving this review because not 1, but 4 different employees walked past us through every part of this meal and didn’t offer to get us water or anything, genuinely feel bad for the waitress we had because she was asking for help and nobody was helping her. Not coming back after that, would leave negative stars if I could. Go support a taco truck over this spot

Tacos Jalisco has a good vibe. I have become a lot more picky toward Mexican food in recent times, but I found their chilaquiles acceptable. It didn't quite have the dilemma level taste/spiciness, but overall a decent meal.Good guacamole and great salsas. Of everything eaten, I was happiest with the chips. Warm, good crunch, tortilleria level chips.

We've been going here for years and have always loved their food and drinks. We hadn't been in person for two years due to the pandemic, but had ordered to go a few times. We recently ate there in person. We were disappointed to lean they now charge $5 for their chips and salsa (first basket used to be free). We were also shocked about the regular house margarita. It used to be reasonably priced and sized. It is now $15 and comes in a massive glass (it's probably at least 20 ounces). There are no prices or sizes anywhere on their drink menu. I got the crispy Chile relleno, which was not crispy by the time it got to the table. I was really disappointed in the whole experience. Super bummed out.

Food was just ok, but the service was horrible. We were literally never checked on after food delivery. Tried flagging the only server down multiple times and was ignored. Plus any regular Mexican restaurant that charges ($5) for chips and salsa is automatically not starting off strong. There's just too many quality other options in this city to get nickel and dimed. The cashier was equally off putting. Won't be back.

Beware of the hot sauces! Way too spicy, & I can do spicy. The asada tacos had gristle, not a fan. Carnitas tacos were my choice and they were good. Beans reminded me of my abuelitas recipe.

Food was ok service not though, the waitress brought my daughter's order when we all were about to finish eating plus she blamed it on the cook guy lol

Fantastic, authentic, Mexican food!

What a great neighborhood find. Green chile is off the charts. Margaritas are the size of a school bus and delicious. Tacos were so flavorful, great balance. Kudos to this place!
