OMG! The Salad was great! However the staff were not as accommodating the food. Not sure, but we were a group of Asian & African tourist and no one was in the place but us and it litterally took 3 minutes of us standing waiting before anyone greeted us. I was shocked at the level of disregard to a customer that was visiting and had never been or even heard of the establishment. The young guy that helped, it was like pulling teeth as we were needing recommendations of what was good. He wasn't helpful at all. Not sure if he's had bad experiences or was uncomfortable with Black or Asian people, but he was definitely projection negative energy our way. We were confused at what was happening with the staff. They acted as if they'd never seen African & Asian people patronize a public establishment before. People that work in customer service need to have cultural training and learn to leave their small minded ignorant biases at home away from the work place. But the salad was good. Sevice was trash!

This the Arugula they gave me no leafs just stems. All the salad was like this. I was chewing like an ….

Cheap place. I ordered a meal with chicken & I didn't get any. My gf ordered bread, she didn't get any, or arugula though it was in mine. Bread I got was stale, arugula stems are tough like chewing cow's cud. This salad is disgusting. Don't eat here if you value getting what you paid for, at the very least. Quite literally not worth the space in my stomach. Can this even be considered food? Never again

Sweet green is incredible! And the staff it’s even better! Kaylen is awesome! I probably misspelled her name. She’s the manager. And she’s extremely kind patient and accommodating! Excellent experience

Ordered exactly the same items yesterday.Ordered today from Sweet Green on Wewatta street Denver Colorado.Missing food items Broccoli, quinoa, also very small portions. As a business myself owner myself.I am extremely disappointed.Consistency unacceptable.

Great climate-friendly food! I made a big group order for Earth day at my office and everything was perfect! Customer service helped me out with questions too. Love the compostable bowls and utensils. Also it's easy to make adjustments to dishes (excellent for people with dietary restrictions).

I bet I’ve spent $5k on sweetgreen in my lifetime. I absolutely loved it until today. I’m done with the company after such a pathetic experience. They didn’t have the right kind of sweet potatoes for my salad so they offered another kind and upcharged me $2. They also were running a $5 app download discount and when the computer didn’t recognize the discount, the lady rudely raised her voice and told me to get out of line to make space for others. The level of care for customer service and rude communication, in combination with tech bugs that impose a cost, makes me think sweetgreen is slipping. Also noteworthy: they’ve raised their prices significantly and a salad will run you $15-$20.

The good: The Super Green Goddess salad was fantastic! Great healthy and vegetarian options abound here. The bad: Every table in the entire restaurant was dirty even though there was only one other current table, while employees stood in back on their phones.

The app is broken. The staff is broken. Horrible customer service. This was one of the worst ordering experiences I have ever had. We tried to order online through the app and never got a verification emailed to confirm the order. Tried to call to order and they do not accept orders over the phone. Went into the store to order and the entree I wanted was only available online. The staff said they didn’t even know how to prepare it without an online order. Tried to order that same entree as a custom order and it came out to triple the price. Tried to order through the app again as the staff instructed and it also would not work. Then they said I needed to order through Uber eats while I was inside the store. Food was good. Everything else was awful.

Lovely salads. I ordered on Uber eats and they forgot my salad dressing. So a dry salad. Bummer
