The falafel bowl and everything else is amazing! The dishes are well rounded with whole grains, beans, greens, and other veggies. Definitely a well balanced macro and micro meal, and their tempeh is delicious!All of the dishes are oil-free vegan (whole food plant based) except for the Tuscan bowl and (coconut cheesecake?) bites.Overall the best Kurt approved restaurant in Denver!!!
LOVE their falafel bowl!!! And the fact that they use clean ingredients! Loved the falafel bowl so much that I went back and got it on my last day in Denver! It’s also right by Platte river, which is a perfect spot to hang out by the water and enjoy food to go! I had also gotten a black bean bowl, which was okay. I had also read great reviews about the carrot cake bites, but I didn’t end up getting them as they felt a bit pricey at $8.75 in addition to the bowl. But you get what you pay for, and they had clean ingredients. All in all, a great place to check out, and I’m definitely a huge fan of the falafel bowl and would get it again!
I had the Tuscan bowl with a blend of the grains and greens and I was over the top satisfied. I couldn’t even finish it, it was so nourishing and fulfilling. Don’t forget to add avocado! I also got the banana nut smoothie with cold brew and cacao and it tasted like a healthy milkshake. New favorite in the Denver area! The staff was also very warm and welcoming. ❤️
Worth a stop!! The food is healthy and very flavorful with a chill atmosphere. We got the black bean bowl and the falafel bowl and some carrot cake bites. Very tasty!!
I had the Pesto hot wrap and I don't think any other wrap will be good enough to satisfy me. It was THAT good. Don't miss this hidden gem whether you are vegan or not :) I also tried the sweet potato stew and it was to die for! Very friendly service here!

First time in here, the owner Joseph took our orders and was so kind and open, explaining what this place is about. Everyone was very friendly. Ordered the butternut squash peanut butter stew which was creative and delicious, and the Tuscan bowl—also fantastic. Immune booster shot and green smoothie to top off a great visit. Highly recommend for great, healthy, conscious food and support of a warm and lovely small business. :)
