I think/hope I caught them on an off night. Very unimpressed with the service and quality of ramen. Two 4-top tables that were seated after my group sat down ordered, ate, paid, and left by the time I got gyoza. Once our ramen did arrive, I was very unimpressed. Some of the ingredients were still cold and the curry tonkatsu broth was notably weak, although quite spicy which I did like. I seem to have been the outlier in my group on the mediocre ramen though. I will say I really liked the build your own ramen sheets idea. Again, I assume and hope it was an off night because location and menu wise this is a great spot.

This place is incredible. Great broth, service, noodles, flavors, and prices. This just might be the best ramen in Colorado. We got the spicy tonkotsu, the chicken tonkotsu, and a large hot sake. Everything was delicious. The ambience is great, feeling more intimate than some other places. We will return many times.

This is one of my favorite ramen places. I always get the spicy veggie ramen. It is great every time. It is hard to find good ramen without the pork. Always a crowd pleaser in our house.

Made it to Sukiya Ramen on Broadway. The chasu bun was good—but I guess I prefer pork belly and a tiny bit too much veg for my taste. I believe they use an eel-like sauce and a [Japanese?] mayonnaise based sauce; very different from the [Chinese] hoisin sauced buns. I like it but it’s different. The Hakata Tonkotsu was very good. The chasu was good broth was very savory with lots of umami. Egg was a bit hard but the bean sprouts, Bok Choi, and nori was a very nice touch.

Best takoyaki in town and believe me, I really tried lots of different takoyakis including the ones I tried in Tokyo. I think Sukiyaki deep fry their takoyaki while the traditional way is using waffle iron but I guess I am too American and just like deep fried stuff. ? I would go back again to just have these. The ramens are good too. The pork is very well cooked. The only thing could be improved is that my thin noodle is slightly over cooked. The thick noodle is perfectly fine.

I think this ramen shop has the best chashu yet... and I've had a good sampling of different ramen shops too. I had the spicy tonkotsu and I will again some time. Sooner the better. The karage was also perfect along with my and my wife's bloody mary tonkatsu.I like how the ramen is divided by region of origin, it let's people know what a region's variety is like. I will probably try a couple different types over time, but you can't go wrong with tonkotsu of any variant

Its a nice little spot for ramen, I ordered a tonkotsu ramen, the flavor was there however their ramen portions are small and there was only one server which makes service not so great.

This place is honestly the best ramen place I have ever gone to! It is tidy and innovative and also the workers and cooks are very nice and friendly! The first bite is the best! When I take the first bite it feels like I am getting a hug from the inside. I never leave hungry and always leave with a huge smile on my face!

Very nice Ramen ? place to check out

Ramen was excellent. I had the Hakata Tonkotsu, creamy and rich and delicious. Service was ridiculously fast. We could have been in and out in 20 minutes had we not stayed and sat for a little while. Highly recommend!
