I have Egyptian parents this is the closest thing to my moms breakfast I’ve had in a long time food was really good and the bread is amazing definitely recommend! I will be back.
Foul, Coffee all above average. Liver of Lamb, vegetable freshness was a miss. Unlike on the previous visit, no greeter and no other customer; probably suffering from labor shortage as with many industries. Felt like prices are up too but portions are good. This small business appears impacted by China COVID, as overall lower foot traffic.
Outstanding Dining experience. We ended up dining here after getting disappointed with our attempt to dine at Benihana who never seated us.
Quaint and cozy little spot with friendly service to grab some delicious grub. I ordered a simple egg sandwich which was perfectly spiced and complimented with diced onions and peppers, a Sudan style coffee, and a mango smoothie. All scrumptious. Highly recommend this place!
The Foul dishes we tried were amazing, flavorful, comforting and filling. Definitely plan on going back.

cafe food... super tasty. Service is prompt even when they are busy. The service was very helpful and welcoming. Bring your hunger - portions are large. They have a lot of great reviews for a reason.
The cashier is always angry for no reason, the worst food I have ever eaten.
I was hoping for a better experience at this cafe, though it was not bad. There seemed to be only one man working there. Some of the dishes were not available including the kanafeh, falafel, and lentils.We ordered the fool with tomatoe sauce (number 2). It was a little too spicy for our taste even though we ordered mild.shakshookah (which was not what your typical shakshookah looks like), was eggs with some veggies and spices. It was still tasty.Lamb liver, as they did not have goat liver. This dish I would say was our favorite. Plenty with flavor and cooked just right.The bread was decent, heated and somewhat fresh. The tea with mint was great!
Outstanding place for delicious cafe food. a favorite evening place of mine. i look forward to a return trip. feels like a place in charlotte that i enjoyed visiting.
