We had the pleasure of tasting the most delicious melt in your mouth chocolate at a local chamber event and it was the best chocolate I have ever had. Delicious!
I'm a bit particular when it comes to where I get my food, Chocolate is no exception. The care and elegance put into the chocolates are far better than what we can get in the big box stores. Add to your experience and get a little wine or coffee, delicious! My faves? Try the eggnog chocolate, if it's in season. Or give the Habenro one a bite, Sweet and a little heat .... amazing!
We treated ourselves today. We picked out 2 boxes of 16. One employee was brushing decorative powder on some chocolate and I ask about the technique and she was really cool about my questions. Matt helped us pick out the boxes. He was great at explaining which ones were which. If you need a gift or you’re in trouble with a SO box go here.

I just found this gem of a place today. It’s tucked inside the shopping center, but has dedicated parking out back. They have an amazing selection of chocolates and truffles that taste as amazing as they look. Even if you’re not stopping by one of nearby stores, I would highly recommend making a dedicated trip to come here.

The flavour not that strong! Also, I feel like it's too pricey for the small amount of chocolate that they give you for the truffle. Plus, I am disappointed that they only have "one 70%" dark chocolate truffle to choose from . Besides good quality chocolate should be at least 70% to %75 dark chocolate.I just thought I'd give him a try ,since I was visiting Colorado! They also have coffee but I did not try that.. I understand from the reviews they are family owned . I hope they take Constructive Criticism and fix what they should in improve on. Lastly, I love dark chocolate so I've had dark chocolate from all over this country from different places i have visted, so I do know good quality of dark chocolate.
Uh, what *was* that?!?Lovely store, great local proprietor; however, the flavored chocolates and truffles were just too odd.We were gifted a box of sixteen truffles plus a handful of solid chocolate shells. The shells were fine yet unremarkable. The chocolate texture was smooth but the flavor was lacking, fairly non-descript.When we ventured into the flavored chocolates and truffles we were surprised - in unpleasant ways.Was that cardamom? I think so. But what else?!?*That* tasted like the jelly candies in the bowl at your grandma’s house!Is that coconut? Umm, It starts out like coconut but the finish tastes like pencil eraser.And on it went.The chocolates *look* beautiful. But there are no descriptions of what they are on the inside and you can’t guess by looking at the outside. When you bite into the chocolate you have an anticipation of one thing but it turns out to be something else. Often jarring because it’s a flavor so foreign to chocolate or it’s oddly layered. It’s like the chocolatier is trying too hard to be different and it’s just coming off poorly.Shut the cabinet door on the spice rack and just focus on executing simple recipes flawlessly.
