The only reason I wrote this review was because the store is advertising customers to... I'm sad to state my visit was less than satisfactory not because of my drink (it was great) but because of the cleanliness of the store. When I walked in it was completely empty as most traffic was coming in through the drive through. A few tables where messy and littered with crumbs and napkins. The worst part was the bathroom cleaner sitting right where drinks where being served. I am sorry but that is less than satisfactory and strongly disgusting. Employees also seemed bored and lifeless. I believe I was the first one to greet them as opposed to the other way around.The overall experience was fine, but the bathroom cleaner by the drinks - like we didn't just get out of a pandemic, is just gross in my opinion.
It's Starbucks! The kids that work here are really great as far as their service and friendliness. Its pretty much everything else that you would expect from a Starbucks.
Quick and efficient as to be expected with any Starbucks. My drink was accurate and yummy. I have gone inside and used the drive through and had good experience with both. I would say that the staff do not seem very happy which dulled the atmosphere.
The young gentleman that serves us at the window was very professional and generous.I was surprised at how well spoken and his just overall communication in general. Thanks and see ya see, God Bless
I noticed two things about the place. Outside in the planted areas there is lots of trash and debris. It gave the impression it was not going to be good. Second, some of the inside tables and chairs seemed to be mismatched and some what weary.
I just had the rudest unfriendliest barista on February 6 at 11 AM. She was rude from the beginning didn’t get my drink right and didn’t care. Get a different job if you can’t work with the public. Getting a $10 coffee for my husband and I is a weekend treat and I will be avoiding this location from now on.
Although the all services were done at the drive up window, my request for (6) $5.00 gift cards was handled in a very timely manner.
This is my local Starbucks, and it has become my favorite Starbucks location. All the baristas have been very nice to me, make small conversation, and will remember details of my usual order. If they ever make a slight mistake, they're always apologetic and fix the issue.It's very nice to go to a Starbucks where I know my coffee and snacks are going to be delicious. This is definitely my preferred Starbucks and will always be as long as they're open, which I hope will be for many years to come.Thank you to everyone who works there and has made my coffee trips a great experience! I appreciate you all!
Would be nice to see a smile or hear a friendly greeting. Needs cleaning. Just not the greeting Starbucks used to be known for. Girl at the drive through handed me my drink without so much as a hello or goodbye.
This Starbucks location is always iffy. From the employees and service to the product paid for. Today i go to this location they have the doors open to Lobby but have a paper taped up saying they are closed .. i proceed to the drive thru and after waiting in the long line they don’t have any ingredients for medicine bomb and didn’t offer to make something similar as the other locations .. & had another sign takes up saying they close at 4. -_-. i have to drive elsewhere and this one sadly is closest to my house .
