This store sucks. They close early whenever they want (don't believe the listed hours, they shut down hours early all the time). They are constantly out of certain drinks, and rarely get an order right The best location for a coffee place, with the worst Starbucks ever.,
I always get the same drink for like 20 years now. Most Starbucks are nice enough for a 5-star review at least from a quality point of view. The people and friendly staff and interesting location make this one of the best Starbucks on the map.

This is the best Starbucks next to an REI I've ever been to. Got an iced coffee with no sugar but the accidentally made me one with sugar. Fixed my order immediately and it was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my matcha later.
They were very busy but got our orders out quickly and accurately. Beautiful location in REI at Confluence Park
I’m not into coffee, but they do have good chia tea here!

Love this place. Come here to work and charge my scooter every once in a while. Staff is always super cool and location is beautiful. Always my go-to when I come downtown.
I was having a bad day. I just wanted to order my drink.Before i could even finish making changes to my drink, after every phrase i’m asked “any thing else? What else? Want anything else”I settled at my drink. I didnt even finish making all the changes to it. I felt like i was CONSTANTLY being interrupted. I was supposed to order a pastry and a sandwich. I just went somewhere else.
