my family went through drive through and the line wasn't long. we ordered 3 coffee's and breakfast sandwiches. the lady at the drive through line was super kind to us. when we got our food they gave us muffins instead of the sandwiches. we went back, they gave us the correct order and let us keep the muffin. the staff was super understandable and handled the situation well.
The worst Starbucks ever. They removed the tables/chairs from the store since COVID and never put it back, so you have to get the coffee and go somewhere else. Sometimes they don't open the store, they sell only on drive through even if there are no cars in the drive through. And be ready to wait +10 mins for a late even when there is not a lot of people in the store (standing because there are no chairs).
Hours are inaccurate. They closed today at noon. They are definitely not staying open until the posted hours. I’m pretty sure the employees are choosing when to close. Not sure there’s much management going on at this store. Employees are usually pretty rude and mean. I will be going out of my way to go to another Starbucks from now on.
I don’t hold anything against the individual employees, it’s clear they’re super overworked but this location needs to close. They are in way over their heads, drinks are inconsistent and wrong, constantly changing hours and now the “inside is closed” so the doors are locked and you have to use the drive through but you can’t if you’re not in a car. Close so a different business can inhabit this space
Baristas are nice, coffee is fine, but the hours! They close the doors whenever they feel like it. The sign says open until 20:00. Some days they close at 12:00. Some days at 13:00. Sometimes 10:30. I ordered through the app for pick-up. When I got there the doors are locked and there are 9 cars in the drive thru. And they made the wrong drink.
I asked for a light splash of cream in cold brew! Got all cream so much cream it doesn’t taste like coffee. Taste like oat milk and sugar when I didn’t want sugar. There is no where else to review
This is the worst Starbucks around! I have given this location many chances to be better. Each experience has been bad. At least they are consistent. Horrible attitudes, slow service and out of products on the regular. Choose a different store or the 7-11 down the street.
I stopped in to purchase a drink and, on the way, out asked for the code to the restaurant restroom facilities. The girl behind the counter indicated out of the two restrooms; only one was available for public use; however, a male individual was occupying the restroom. I stood there in wait for what, for a substantial amount of the time, the establishment was completely empty. The bariesta just watched me the entire time instead of offering to open the other restroom. I decided to walk out, and I heard the door open. I ran back in, trash over flowing, no soap, and smelt like a sewer!! Not good!
Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks... With any franchise one is very much like the next. That being said, with Starbucks one can count on a quality cup of coffee. We caffeine addicts really appreciate that.
They were quick to give me my drinks and once I got home I realized it looks like a ripped piece from a sugar packet in one of my drinks.. I called them several times and this store doesn’t pick up the phone.. Be sure to double check your orders here..
