My local grocery was out of the goat cheese we usually get and a web search brought up St Killian's. They were also having supply issues, which they let me know promptly after I placed my order, but it all turned out and I received my box within two days, complete with a handwritten note! The store also carries a wide assortment of interesting jams, pâtés, and other goodies. We'll definitely be ordering from them again.
Wonderful place for any charcuterie/cheese/delicious needs. LOVE the people here they really have come through for us on several occasions for events and parties. Everything from this shop is top notch quality. Highly recommend the cheese assortment and getting charcuterie and meats added. Perfect mix every time. Nice, local spot for great cheese and the things that go with it. The shop can get very busy and the staff overwhelmed because of it. Patience is the key. The selection outdoes every large grocery chain (Whole Foods), and it's nice to keep your money in the neighborhood. The best part, tho, is that the folks who work here actually know cheese. You're not gonna get some cheese mouse here. It will be the cat who knows the cheese.
I'm a Highlands local and have been a customer of St. Kilian's for years. Unfortunately, their customer service has gone extremely downhill the past couple of years. I've watched as friendly customers have been made to feel like idiots simply for wanting to purchase cheese and I've experienced the same treatment. We Highlanders love to support our small, local businesses, so I'm very sad to feel the need to leave this review. I hope their customer service begins to improve soon.
LOVED this shop! Tons of delicious options, the staff was very knowledgeable + helped me with some pairings. The only thing is if you’re looking for a friendly/non-pretentious staff, this is not the place lol! Not a bad thing, just personal preference. Other than that, it was a good first experience!

Great cheese selection. I had no idea there were that many cheeses in the world, much less a block from our house. Also, they save us when we’re in a pinch for dinner. Whether you forgot a key ingredient you need or you get the whole meal there, St Killians can save the day. …and did I mention the cheese?!?
Best cheese selection in town and knowledgeable friendly staff!Whenever I am in need of good cheese, this is where I go. Not only do they have a fabulous selection of cheeses, and a staff able to point me in the right direction, they have all sorts of hand-selected and procured items from other local businesses.In a pinch, I will run over here for some grocery type items, eggs, lettuce, frozen dumplings. They have everything. A staple in the neighborhood for sure!
