Definitely a hit! Hadn’t been back in about 4 years still just as good! Love the mid century and atomic age theme/decor! If you’re looking for a solid brunch/breakfast place in Denver you gotta try snooze!
Can make just about anything on the menu gluten-free on request. Delicious cold pressed juice. Coffee is okay. Alternative milks available for dairy-free including coconut milk aside from the usual soy, oat and almond. Food is delicious, sausage is very very good. Cool ambiance but noisy because it's very busy (for a reason). Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Nice touch on the signature yellow mugs.
We had eaten at Snooze at Union Station last year and enjoyed it my thoroughly. My husband was in love with their huevos rancheros. Went back a few days ago, and it was the same great food, Bloody Marys, and service. Huevos rancheros still the best!
Just had an absolutely delicious breakfast, the prosciutto burrata toast. Fantastic service, fun ambiance and quality ingredients. This is a must stop for breakfast in Denver.
We went later in the morning (around 11 AM) so it wasn't as crowded. The food was good but the service was a bit slow.
This is the (Summer only Special) Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes at Snooze. Get it. It's spectacular. ?Fantastic service even though this location gets VERY busy by 11am or so. Parking is only $5 in the lot directly across the street. THE BEST way to start your day in Denver!
Amazing food. However was a little offended that the server thought I was using a fake ID to order my mimosa. I just recently turned 21 so get why she asked for a credit card with my name but a little unnecessary. Besides that I ordered the pancake flight, pineapple mimosa and bacon/sausage. I’ve always loved snooze so definitely will come back.
We had an early afternoon brunch. The margaritas were divine!! We both ordered the crab cakes Benedict and It was excellent. Highly recommend
Who puts spaghetti sauce on huevos? Then they said that’s their “special sauce”. Wish I’d been warned. Eeeew
The service was detail-oriented and perfect. Our wait was appropriate. The food was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
