Wonderful and worth the wait. Our server Laura was amazing and even had a pineapple pancake sent out to us on her. She knew we were out of towners and really made an impression. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. They kept the coffee coming and it too was perfection. The strawberry shortcake pancakes are out of this world and their bacon is some of the best I've ever had. We WILL be back ❤️
We got shrimp grits and pancake flight. The grits were average; I think it could use more spice to liven it up. The pancakes were a bit soggy, it needed to be fluffier. However, service was great. I just don't think it's worth a long wait. We waited 30 mins and that's probably the max I would wait for food like this.
This place is great. Visiting from south florida my boss (a chef) recommended and this place didn't disappoint. The food is all of what you see in pictures and the flavors hit every taste bud. We had a pork Verde binny, pancake flight with three different styles( sweet potato, blueberry Danish, pineapple upside down ) Bella Bella binny, and the shrimp ans grits. My sister and brother in law have never been and will make numerous returns to try everything. As far as for me. I will have to suffer when I go back home. 5 stars wow. If you deciding decide this place. There may be a wait but it's worth it 10000 percent.
Honestly the best breakfast I’ve ever had. I got the scrambled tofu with peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños, and pico de gallo. It also comes with hash browns and a choice of tortilla or toast. I got the toast with strawberry jam and had a hot chocolate to drink. Everything was amazing! I didn’t have to wait since I was by myself, but I would’ve waited for the food because it was delicious and worth it.
I absolutely love the food here especially if you have a lot of allergies they are so inclusive. The hot chocolate is my absolute favorite. I haven’t had many things on the menu but I will definitely be coming back so I can try every single thing because I just love my eggs Benedict. The restaurant is clean, the stuff is friendly, it does get very busy on the weekend so definitely make a reservation a head of time.
Sooooo good! Snooze is my favorite! They are very accommodating for allergies and have the best Gluten Free pancakes. The Benedict combo with salmon lox was also incredible! Emily, our waitress, was the bomb! She was so friendly, attentive and helpful.
Check the online wait time before you arrive otherwise can be an hour long wait. It's a Denver institution, very popular! I got a tofu scramble and my partner got egg tacos, everything was good!! I love how their online menu had nutritional facts and they had a "plant section" for us who don't do meat. Theyr website describes some strong core values and noticed they used classier ketchup and avoided disposals when possible. Everything from the plates to the glasses were custom branded! I can only imagine their efficiency. Highly recommend.
Great food, but I'm not a fan of eggs, so all of the Eggs Benedict options don't entice me. That said, the pancake flight was fantastic. The breakfast sandwich is also very good. Staff is friendly and prices are fair.

Food was great, service was EXCELLENT! we were a party of 20 and they seated us fast. We ordered a few plates to sample a little bit of everything, everyone’s favorite was the French toast. The burrito is probably the only thing I wouldn’t order again.
