Spent 200 dollars on 12 cheeseburgers. They couldn't even mark which was which. Burnt onions. Burnt meat. Stale fries. I don't know if they are understaffed or what. But this is embarrassing for how much you charge. It's be better to go to a fast food joint.
Well this time it was the worst burger I've ever had was dry, the bun was burnt. The fries half cooked as well as the onion rings I see 2 new people working but both act like there lost! Not sure if I will go back. I had given them 2 stars however management called me and have taken care of issues and have also gave me coupons to come back! So im upping the stars to 4 only because of management will go back later and see if everything was corrected!!
Easily the worst burger I have eaten in the last 20 years. I'm sure there was a worse burger during my childhood, but nothing in my adult life has been as disappointing as this hamburger. My burger was burnt, not pleasantly charred, but pure, charcoal tasting burnt. There was not even an attempt to season said burger patty. Salt and pepper is the bare minimum and this burger has never been in the same room as a salt and pepper shaker. The circumference of the burger is exactly the same as a McDonald's cheeseburger. The burger itself is a bit thicker, but that is the only positive thing I could possibly say about this abomination of a hamburger. The French fries are obviously frozen out of a bag. For a place th at basically serves burgers and fries you would really hope they could put in the smallest amount of effort possible and actually cut the fries in house and put forth a decent product. Instead you get limp, half seasoned, frozen fries from the Safeway freezer section. Please save yourself, don't ever eat at snarfburger.
Twenty minutes of waiting while DoorDash and to-go orders flew out the window. Even persons behind us in order queue were peeved at the incessant number of delivery orders being prioritized. Burger itself was a slop. The bun fell apart within seconds. Fries and onion rings cold by time we got them. Charitably given exactly two onion rings, 90% fries in the Fringo option. Very little to be impressed with - everyone in our party agreed we'd never need to come back.
Staff was very friendly and food was really good. Nothing mind blowing but for the cost a very good value. Both burgers we had were cooked well and tasted fresh
I saw their sign outside that said Westward's best Burger and fry are you kidding me the fries and The Onion rings are of the lowest frozen quality possible the hamburger was a 7 out of a 10 the milkshake was good the service was good the store was absolutely filthy especially around the Coke machine area I can kind of understand if you're low on staff you had 4 people behind the counter in 2 tables it was a one timer for me but snarfa the sandwich shop totally Different situation very upscale quality products
Delicious and still affordable, even with the recent price increases. If you haven't tried the burgers with hot peppers, it really takes it up a notch. And the fries deserved the recent awards. Amazing milkshakes too, try the strawberry and chocolate together. My wish list:Put a card reader accessible to customers. I'm used to having the weight of the paper bag doubled by the oil soaked into it, but the greasy-gloves thing isn't great for handling cards.Usually the bottom of the bun barely stands up to the sauce, oil, from the peppers, and yes, grease. I'd spend another 25 or 50c to get a big solid bun, and when I'm hungry enough I might get a double instead of single.
Great spot gpod burger for the price the workers here tho are what sets it aparts and gets i 5 stars they were super cool looked to enjoy theyre jobs way more than anyoke rlse ive seen during rona and they genuinely appesr to like talking to the customers. Great job whomever the gm is
Pretty tasty burger, and the fries manage to stay nice and crispy even after they've gone cold. For the price, I think you get a lot of value here. If you love their hot peppers from their original sandwich shop, try it on the burger, it's a nice spicy kick. Some small suggestions, a little less salt on the fries, it was a little heavy handed. Overall, good compliment to the sandwich shop which I already love.
I stopped in tonight and was surprised to see that no one was wearing a mask behind the counter. Being hungry I decided to order a couple burgers anyway. Throughout making my burger the cooks were coughing, sneezing and wiping their nose while not wearing masks or washing their hands whatsoever. When I got home I was not surprised to see my burgers looked like absolute garbage and I didn’t eat them. I want to like this place but I don’t plan on going back.
