Consistently delicious sandwiches w/ more meat, cheese and veggie options then most sandwich shops. Only complaint I have is that this location delivers to locations that are less the 1 block away from my house but refuse to deliver to my house because it's outside their delivery range. Ive never heard of companies being strict about their delivery zone cutoff but I'm 50ft outside of their range and have made about 5 different attempts politely requesting delivery and have been shot down everytime. Even spoke with a manager and offered to tip 100% of my order price and they still wouldn't accommodate. So don't expect anything above average service because there is NO special treatment with these guys
One of my favorite local sandwich spots that has a wide range of sandwiches. Even more so when you discover the secret menu!I've been eating snarfs for years but it wasn't until recently I discovered they had a secret menu. I tried their buffalo chicken sandwich which they use their rotisserie chicken for and it was amazing!Great buffalo sauce and blue cheese, and it was nice and light since it wasn't fried! I usually go to Snarfs for more traditional deli sandwiches but now I'm aware that they can do way more than that!
I used to love coming here but lately the ingredients have been a little… off. The pickles are closer to cucumbers in flavor (and have been for the past several months, it’s extremely bitter and unpleasant to taste), the onions are underripe, the tomatoes are greenish… I think the meat and cheese are the only parts that actually taste right but I can slap meat and cheese on hot bread at home.
It's rare that you find food service employees that still want to impress you. Snarf's got a lock on em. I quietly mentioned to my girl that I was taking half home. When I got our tray my sandwich was wrapped in 2 halves and there was a side of mayo on the tray. I asked and they said that they didn't like the way the mayo made the sandwich soggy. Bet! Without asking. That's impressive, and it is very much appreciated!!! So glad Snarf's is so close to home. They've become a staple in my household!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I love the sandwiches and how every time I would visit from California I would head straight here I’m a snarfer at heart but this last visit had me upset. The girl attending me shrugged her shoulders at my friend when she asked if she could build her own sandwich. The girl attending us moved in a languid way and said “we’ll what do you want” by the end of the bad service we were handed the wrong sandwich. When we went back to tell her the orders were mistaken, the sandwich was remade and with such a negative attitude and when we sat down she was laughing at us… never in all my years have I seen an employee behave like this Jimmy would be heart broken to know his amazing sandwiches are being tarnished by bad attitude and service.
We’ve been a customer of this location since it opened. It USED TO BE a cool little sandwich shop with happy and friendly employees.I dunno what changed but it stopped being that place over a year ago. (It’s 4/7/22 today)Now, the employees are surly, always look like they would rather be anywhere else, they refuse to take carry-out orders over the phone, they don’t believe us (or our neighbors) who tell them the website is malfunctioning when we use it all the time - when it works- and they tell customers, “you just have to learn how the app works”… when it really isn’t working temporarily.BTW, most of the time it does work, and we use it frequently, since the store employees refuse to take orders over the phone about 75% of the time we call (REALLY??) and they have unusually bad attitudes - all of them ?!? - so we just stopped calling since it’s always an unpleasant experience now. They also refuse to give the the name of the store manager, who is apparently, never, EVER present, and they never, EVER know when said hypothetical manager - if they exist - will be there…I’ve tried to find out, and have left messages and sent emails to their corporate PR account and have heard nothing back. Someone is asleep at the wheel!Around the time their customer service changed, their quality control and attention to the details of the order went to hell as well.We still like Snarfs, but everyone involved with the 38the St. location can go straight to Hell and sizzle there.
Great sandwiches. I only hope all the employees washed their hands after smoking right before opening the doors the morning I was there. The owners should designate a smoking area out of sight of customers waiting in their parking lot.
'Save time, order online.' That is what the sign says above the register and so, this time, I did. Then I showed up 37 minutes before my promised time because it was a hot sandwich that I did not want to sit there and get cold. Usually they are ready well before the promised time. It was busy when I went in so, no worries, I can wait. Then it started clearing out and people who came in and ordered at the register after me, got their orders. This was 20 minutes in. I went to the front to check. They couldn't find my order at first but then found it, it had fallen. He quotes me the "promised" time and I said it was no big deal, at least I knew they had the order Another 15 minutes go by. I have now watched people come in, order, sit down, eat and leave. I still don't have one simple 7" sub. Even the woman packing the sandwiches looked at me like, "you're still here?" I walk up to the counter again and the woman who found my order earlier says, 'here it is. She has been waiting." The woman bagging the sandwiches looks at the time and says, "well we had it ready by the promised time." Now, I am not happy. Yes. I have been waiting, for 43 minutes. I said something and the woman packing the bags says, "well we serve the in-person people first." "Really? I get serving the people who ordered before me. But, are you really telling me that everyone who comes in and orders even after me gets served first?" "Well, yeah." even she couldn't convince herself at this point. THEN! She proceeds to pack up the two sandwiches that a woman, literally, just ordered...5 minutes ago. While my sandwich sits there. That was on purpose. Oh, and my promised time...they were 5 minutes late. 5 minutes that I would not have given a single thought about if I hadn't watched them serve everyone before me and then basically just shrug and say, well it isn't the promised time yet instead of just admitting that 1. You misplaced my order 2. You, in fact, did serve multiple people before me 3. Not one single, sincere apology left anyone's mouth except for from a customer who saw what was happening. I didn't eat the sandwhich.
Doesn't matter the location, try Snarf's. Best Sandwiches in the Denver area. Their bread is on point, and the flavor is big! These are crafted meals, not cold lunchmeat on rubber mats. Try whatever they have on special, pair it with a bag of Voodoo Chips and perhaps a pickle, also try the Eggplant Parmesan and whatever else looks tasty to you. Everything's great, and you will be back again, I promise.
Our sandwiches were good, but a little pricey. Artichoke was very filling and the bread was good. They have a big menu.
