TERRIBLE service. The workers here, especially Mariano, are obviously very unhappy, mean and nasty people. The employees here are physically disgusting, physically unhygienic and are incredibly rude, mean and passive aggressive. The service is also super slow even though nobody’s ever in here and my food was ice cold. They also tried to scam me out of my drink after I ordered a meal. Unacceptable!
If I could give less stars I would. I went in there with my family. The girl taking the order was nice enough to us….but when another family kindly waited for thirty minutes to have their order taken only for her to tell them that she was closing (this was at 9:30 mind you). They left in complete frustration. She brought our order out, and it was not right. They gave my husband my fries and his mine. They had it all mixed up and confused. My daughter ordered a chocolate shake. They gave her an Oreo shake. We weren’t going to complain, but another gentleman walked in and asked to have his order taken. She was very rude and told him that she was closing. He confronted her on the situation saying that was only 930 and that it posts that they are open till 10. She told him that she needed to start cleaning up and that the restaurant was closing. He said that he would like the manager‘s number. She said that she was the manager (she was obviously lying about that.). He said that he would like her bosses number. She asked him to leave HER restaurant. She proceeded to threaten to call the cops on him and yelled at him cussing words and all. I felt so uncomfortable, that I told my family we needed to leave. We stood up to leave. My husband told the cashier that the way she was treating the customer was unacceptable. All he was wanting to do was get his order taken in a restaurant that was not supposed to close until 10:00 pm. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
Went there on a Thursday night, not busy at all. Ordered the sweet potato fries and about half way through, several fries had an absolutely horrible taste that had to spit them out. Was not interested in finishing rest of meal at that point. Been to other ones many times and always good food. Will stay away from this one when in Colorado.
Waited for my food for 30 minutes. When a table who had been waiting less than 10 min got their food I went to ask how much longer for my order. The girl at the register went to ask and told me they didn't know. I asked if it was close or if it would be another 30 minutes. She said probably another 30 minutes but they don't know. I asked for a refund, so she went to get a manager. Without any explanation or apology she gave me a refund and had the nerve to ask for our drinks back like we hadn't been sitting there forever and already had a few refills. Went to Freddy's instead which was much faster and saved me $10.
Absolutely terrible. Burger was burnt so badly it was inedible. toppings weren't right. Onion batter had a sickening sweet note. Inattentive slow staff on top of it all.
I am very upset with my visit to what use to be one of the best hamburger places. We came here as a family to eat we live 2 hours away from any smashburger. Girl you took our order was great. But when we received our food is where the nightmare began. The lady I believe she was a manager was not friendly at all and they was not busy. My Brussels sprouts where over cooked and burnt. My burger had not flavor. My sons chicken strips that was supposed to be spicy had no spicy and super greasy and yes I know they are fried. But even for fried just dripping in grease. My moms fish sandwich was not fully cooked and the cheese was just slapped on there not even melted. My daughters classic had so much ketchup and mustard that the whole burger slid of the bun. And the fries which we love we not that great either. Really said to see such a ironic place going down hill.
I came in and ordered a classic smashburger with no raw onion and no tomato. When it was given to me it had both. I asked the girl who handed it to me if it was mine as I had ordered it without onions and tomato. She seemed irritated and asked if I could just take them off. That is disgusting and completely unacceptable. I told her I have a reaction to raw tomatoes and onions as they makes my lips itch/burn and it’s touching the other food items. She seemed annoyed that I told her I wasn’t going to just pick the food off. I don’t get anaphylaxis but if I did, the audacity for someone to just tell a customer to pick something off is horrific. Makes me wonder what they do if someone has an even worse allergy than me. I won’t come back here.
I ordered a turkey burger with only ketchup and bacon. They messed up my order, which is fine, mistakes happen. When I walked up to the counter to fix my order, They ignored me and served 3 people before helping me. After 15 minutes they bring me another burger that's even more messed up than the first one. When I told them about the second burger they said and I quote "what do you want me to do about it?" so I just asked for a refund.Just because you made a mistake with my order twice, doesn't mean you get to be rude to your customers.
I would leave a zero but it's not possible, they got my order wrong said they would remake it, okay cool ? well it took longer to remake it and then came to me wrong again, when bringing this up they didn't know what to do. Thankfully I got a refund but still no food like I came here for..
Highly disappointed with my visit, not only was staff rude but the burger was less than impressive, too greasy and served in a cold bun.
