This location is horrible. They literally forgot the buns on my burger and just gave me a hamburger patty. The order says “SUBSTITUTE CLASSIC BUN”. And they forgot my fries and the straws for the shakes. I’m never eating smash burger ever again and I hope this review reflects poorly on their establishment for years to come.
To be honest I was expecting better. The food came out slightly burned so I don’t know if this was a one time event or happens regularly as this was my first time there. Overall the food was on par with McDonald’s which isn’t that great in my book.
Food was decent, but it was delivered without any of the 3 shakes that we ordered. No one answers the phone at the restaurant (despite trying to call multiple times) to help us rectify the situation and get a refund. In addition, the website just asks you to leave a comment and report that they will get back to you within 48 hours.... I have a feeling I am out $20 in shakes.48 hours later and no response from the company. I rated it 3 stars initially because the food was fine, but now decreased it to 2 stars because the service.... atrocious.
Ordered through Uber Eats. Delivered on time, but didn’t have my drink with my order and my food was burnt. Burger patty and cheese were very burnt & my sweet potato fries were also burnt. My burger was also literally SMASHED. Like bread smashed and folded over and my burger was literally just thrown together. I love smash burger and was really looking forward to eating it while I’m in town, but sadly this was the worst food I’ve had from a smash burger establishment.
I was taking the free transit bus up and down 16th street and just decided on getting a hamburger. Just got the double patty smash burger and it was a filling meal. Wasn’t busy during the weekday lunch break

Great service. Me and my family of 23 dropped in for some lunch. Considering the size of our group the service was really fast. Everyone had their food in under 20 mins. And the orders were all correct. I ordered the avocado double bacon club with cheese and it was AMAZING. Fresh, perfectly cooked. Met the sr director of operations and he checked in on my family and ensured we had everything we needed. From the cashier, to the server to the cooks we had an amazing experience.
I see why they are not in the discussion for best fast food burger. I rather order a quarter pounder from McDonald's. And what is going on with they super cold stale fries. And the seasoning was just bad. And the milkshake was so underwhelming. Like they need to reduce their menu and focus on making one thing good instead of everything below average. Tough.
The one on Colorado & Mississippi is way better. Can't buy beer here, or they were completely out and not advertising it. Food took forever and was GARBAGE! Cold Smash fries. Cold Colorado burger. At least at the Colorado & Mississippi location, there's gonna be a wait also. Just think you should know. Your gonna get hot fresh food and it will taste amazing though. Also if of age, can enjoy an adult drink with other adults. Plus the staff actually smiles. Sorry to this location.
There were 4 people in front of me in line. Took about 15 minutes to get to the cashier who was supposed to take my order. Instead of taking my order, he turns his back and starts working on milkshakes. The workers in the kitchen we're playing on their cell phones and goofing around. So the guy behind me asks (after about 15 minutes of waiting) the cashier in the front preparing milk shakes if he can pull one of the two workers on their cell phone to help take our order, the cashier ignored this question and everyone in line started to leave the restaurant. After waiting 20 more minutes and completely ignored, I also left as I was the last one to give up on any type of service. I came back after a few minutes because Chipotle across the street was now closed and finally someone took my order. I had to repeat my order multiple times and she tried to charge more than the cost of the sandwich for which I had to correct her on. Whoever is the shift supervisor for this location is doing a horrible job.
