Not the cheapest of the chains but damn what a great burger. Also had the chicken burger which was a real chickek beast, both satisfying and delicious and wasn't hungry again an hour later... Highly recommend. Did not try the shakes.
If you want a better fast food burger this is the place. However, the burgers are pretty mediocre compared to restaurant burgers and nothing really special. Fries were undercooked and the cheese sauce is bland. Customer service was good.
The FOH staff is not very attentive and was so short with me. I guess can't expect much from a burger place. I'd think they'd have higher standards of work practices with their location but don't think I'll be returning.
Seems like about half of the time I go to Shake Shack the burger is great and the other half its an overcooked piece of plastic. Is there some way to order your burger not super well done? Nearly $10 for a fast food burger without any fries you'd think would have some better quality control. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant instead
Very good burger regardless of small size of the entree. Shake Shack is very proud of their food which is reflected in their pricing scheme. The malt was very good.
Burger was good. Chicken is sooo nasty. Music is annoying af. Chairs and tables are uncomfortable. Prices are pretty high for what I would say is food that’s on par with good times and in n out.I wouldn’t eat hear again.
If we were going on taste and ease of ordering I would give this 6 stars. Every ingredient is fresh and out of this world delicious. I always get the cheese fries and they always have a good amount of cheese and the fries are perfect. The drinks are AMAZING. HOWEVER, every time I come to this location it takes a long time to get the food. They will text us and say it is ready and I can see the food sitting on the heating shelf or whatever but the workers are too busy talking to each other to put it out. They don't seem to have any sense of urgency and aren't friendly or polite when asked about it or spoken to in general. It has put us off so much we won't return to this location, and will go to an even further one since we live in aurora.
The shakes here are the ABSOLUTE BEST I’ve had in the state of colorado. I had the cookies and cream and by god was it phenomenal! I also had the hot honey chicken sandwich which wasn’t my favorite but Rich the manager took care of me and made sure I left happy the customer service is great! Love this place!
There is nothing special. We came, and we had to order by ourselves. We ordered the first meal. It was delicious, and the prices were acceptable. I want to tell you the restaurant is not fancy, but still has delicious and limited food. Unfortunately, we didn’t try their drinks.
Service was great and fast but, the price was high for what I got.
