Terrible service!!! We asked the waiter that we like to be cooked on our table. He gave us so many excuses, he said it was way better to be cooked in their kitchen, and I said I like the grill on our table but again he said the grill is good for 4 or more people. I repeat it again and he said its wasn't a good idea to do so. Or he just too lazy to clean the table grill. Our waiter has some bad attitude and do not show interest to serve us. We asked to moved on the other table but he refused to do it. He said it better on this table. We had a bad experienced and we are not coming back again!!!
The lady was nice! Unfortunately, our waiter was rude and has zero customer service. He went to our table to get the order, then later served us the food and gave us check after. He didnt bother to check his table if everything was okay, or refill the water,gave us some forks, Clear some dishes. Anyway We ordered 3 entrees that's comes with 3 rice and 3 sides.He brought us 3 entrees 1 sides 2 rice. I didnt complained because husband and I were so hungry and tired after traveling for 3 days. He should not be serving food if he have a bad mood and refuse to serve the customer.
Interesting Korean BBQ cooked right at the dining table. Portions were generous, the numerous side dishes were fun and presented different esoteric flavors for a Western eater like myself. A dining experience for us. Weirdly, the staff seemed afraid of us, as we were the only whites in the Restaurant. Being the only Whites usually means the locals like this place a great deal. This place is definitely worth checking out.
Stay clear of this place over priced food poor service. Food itself was just ok and I mean bare minimum. Do your self a favor and don’t come here. They will give you some B. S. About they can’t give you “the at your table bbq” unless everyone has the same thing even if you have a large group. And they also have some other off the wall rules you have to follow. Like I said don’t come here

Terrible service!! The waiters brought all the food out but never gave us fork or spoon!? (What??) When we complained to them, it took them 15 mins to bring forks and water out. The waiters just didn't seem interested to be there. There is about 15~18% tip added to the ticket price so make sure you check carefully before deciding to tip. In general, over price, over tip for a bad service. Not worth spending time here. It just ruined our family night.
