Has a some items lacking at Costco. Really could use a face-lift and better lighting. Generally easy in and out.
Not too busy. Obviously a different market so missing things Iike canned milk, powdered soap... overall clean store. Someone applied for credit in my name and they are yet to tell me who....Not a good experience for sure. I don't even live close or visit this store. 2 days later I had to call multiple times and put on hold forever just to talk to manager. I now had to recount the whole story again and be questioned like I was the one who committed the issue. Nothing done since Saturday on an issue like this.
I found some things in there I did not expect. Very good Sam's Club.
In and out quickly. Even with self check out.
Every single time I go in to this club, they are well stocked, organized and the associates are awesome!! I’m in almost every weekend and I’ve never had a bad visit. Well done ??
On such a busy holiday there were only 3 self checkout lanes working. There weren't any EverGood Beef Hot Links. After i purchased a hot dog i was informed they only had ketchup. I also ordered a salted pretzel which was so over cooked or old. I couldnt eat it
Crowded checkout, lots of empty boxes in aisles, not enough checkout spots open - both self checkout and manned. Long line at cafe. Cashier was fast fast and friendly.
Who ever answers the phone at this store, is quite possibly the rudest person I've ever experienced in customer service. I will be canceling my membership, and I will never spend my money with Sam's or it's affiliates. Absolutely atrocious customer service.
This location was fully stocked. Very neat and clean. Found everything I needed and a little more. Sam's Club is also offering free membership. You buy a membership for $45/yr and get a gift card for $45. You can't beat that!
I came here to order a cake. Picked it up on the day I order it. Was not what I ordered, they did not have the figurines that I asked for and then they put a small edible picture on top. Was very disappointed. But the manager John help me and understood the cake was not to my liking. He gave me a full refund. Christian helped me with the return. She was very kind and a outstanding employee. Thank you to both of them, they made realize that they really care about their customers and employees. They made are special celebration even better then ever!????
