The worst experience ever. Our server rolled his eyes the whole time but we just let him be because everyone has bad days. My problem was being served spoiled fish cakes and spoiled meatballs in my soup. I let the server know as soon as I tasted the meats because it was so sour and pungent that I had to spit it out. I told him I didn’t want it remade as I lost my appetite. When he brought the check, the soup was still on the ticket so I went and asked nicely for it to be removed. He rolled his eyes and said I already ate half of it. I told him to go smell the meat because I had to spit it out since it was spoiled. I even tried my other friend’s meats and they tasted fine so it was just my dish that had the spoiled meat. He rolled his eyes and took it off the check. Then he returned the check after circling the 20% tip recommendation as if he gave good service. Our friend was nice enough to still tip 20% but I don’t think any of us will return and neither will our family/friends. I understand some management doesn’t allow the staff void orders but the basic courtesy is to apologize for serving spoiled food, not roll your eyes and accuse me of eating half of it. Take a look at the picture to see how much is left.

My new favorite for Asian food. I think this is the best asian cuisine in Denver. The menu is huge, which made me nervous. Usually big menus mean everything is mediocre. Not the case here. The ginger chicken tasted like fresh ginger. The chow mein noodles were thin and crispy; unlike anything I've had before. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. No MSG here! Everything was delicious! Service was fast. Nice atmosphere. Very wonderful meal.

Be sure to ask for a itemized check, the price on the check doesn’t really add up to what is the price on the menus. I’ve been eating here for decades and sadly the new Server tried to hustle me on the check today. My wife and I will never come again. And again this is not the only restaurant around this area that serves Vietnamese food. I’d rather go to Viets next door and spend the same amounts and get better quality food.

Love that this place is open after 930 unlike most and the service was quick & pleasant. Food was delicious & service was lovely, we had beef & vegetarian pho, as well as summer rolls and fruit smoothies. Vegetarian broth was flavorful & components to add to the pho were lovey. Will definitely be back

I would like to give two stars, but the food was bland and tasteless. At the end of the huge menu, there is a page of vegetarian dishes. The waiter confirmed no fish sauce in those dishes, but at least two included eggs. So if you want vegan choices there are about six.I had the vegetarian spring rolls, which were mostly rice noodles wrapped in big wad of lettuce all wrapped in rice paper. There was also a very small number of very small pieces of tough tofu. Other places include veggies like cucumber, carrot, etc., and herbs for flavor. These were unbelievably tasteless. The dipping sauce that came with them was also bland. For an entree, I had the lemongrass tofu. The tofu was very tough and tasteless. I think they were perhaps trying to imitate tough over-cooked steak. The dish also included a good amount of fried onion pieces and bell pepper pieces that were well cooked. These were all covered with a nondescript brown sauce that had absolutely no flavor. There was no lemongrass flavor in the dish at all. I picked out the onion and bell pepper pieces and left the tough tofu. I really hated the food. I did not have any issue with the service, but the food was so tasteless I can only give one star. I won't go back.

Don’t come here. If you do don’t get this as your server. It a TERRIBLE experience every time i come in with my friends and family. Thuc is the worst server and there were bugs all over the veggies. I have grown up eating here for over 10 years and we like the food here dearly so we always return. However this server Thuc has given us the worst experience my family and I had in our entire life. We had one incident with him for wanting to change our soup because his thumb was in the soup and ever since then he treats us so poorly.I also asked 3 times if i can have my noodle dish changed and he kept yelling at me.He checked on every table around us besides us. Never offered more water. Never Asked how the food was. Just walked past us. We had to go to the front to ask for more sides and help at the table and he walked off in the kitchen mid conversation. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I’m also a server at another pho restaurant so I understand how to take care of customers. But Thuc is just EXTREMELY RUDE every single time we come in! I try to talk to the manager but the manager is never there!! No one was helping us besides a different lady server which we appreciated and tipped her instead. I’m sorry but this guy needs to be fired. It’s every time he serves my family and I l, he is outrageously mean and rude. You don’t treat your customers like this no matter what.

Not the same anymore. The seafood pho was unflavored and the noodles were over cooked. The stir fried chow fun was all black pepper. The spring roll had very little noodles, lettuce. I agree with the other reviews about their customer service. Still rude. I’ve gone a few times since their owner change, and do not recommend.

The food is INCREDIBLE! I haven't tried many pho places in Denver, but the service was fast and everything was so delicious!

Good service, excellent taste of food. Snails were delicious!

Always been my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado! The Food is authentic, delicious, and reminds me of Vietnam. I highly recommend this place! It's very affordable and the staff is amazing!
