My favorite location to go to, friendly staff, accurate on special orders, havent had any issues yet, and the food is always fresh and tasty. So far of all thebones ive tried i have yet to find one that wasnt good, though im usually fixated on their bowls and havent tried their smoothies yet. The granola they sell is great to, good for snacking on later or mixing in to other stuff.
Came in with my kids and the cashier seemed way too upset and annoyed for some reason. It doesn't hurt to be nice to people. If you don't feel like working then just simply don't work.
We were so excited to have some smoothies and bowls from here after a day of swimming.Well when we got there the DOOR WAS LOCKED! Their sign says that they close at 7 and we got there at 6.There was even a worker or 2 in there making smoothies!Can someone please explain why the door was locked? This is the 2nd time this has happened(Edit 3 weeks later)Yes, the time confusion was definitely frustrating but Jason got on it right away and helped me set things straight. He gave a couple free bowls for my inconvenience and was very friendly and understanding.Can't wait to have some bowls and smoothies hopefully this week!
I was looking for a healthy smoothie or green juice, this was not the place for that. Most of the menu is loaded with sugar and the only green addition available to add to a smoothie was frozen kale/spinach mix which just didn’t cut it. It’s more of a fro yo spin smoothie bar like Jamba Juice. Service was great though
I can't comment on their smoothies. However, this locations' customer service was awesome. I was having a couple of smoothies delivered to a friend and somehow the delivery service they outsource messed up the delivery. I called Rush Bowl and they promptly resolved the issue and even went out of their way to mail my friend a letter with coupons. It was a small gesture, but I really appreciated Jason's professionalism and ability to resolve everything super quickly. Thank you Rush Bowl team!
Most disappointing acai bowl. They told me it was actually a blended smoothie with toppings when I ordered. Super bland and unfilling for $11. Idk how it was that much considering the menu said it was $8.99 before tax.Pick anywhere else to get your overpriced snack from
Jason and his team are the best! I go there almost every day for breakfast smoothie that they customize for me. Fantastic friendly staff. The exact same excellent drink you would find in Brazil.
Waste of money. They charge you $12 for just açaí and granola. Then two dollars for every other topping. Plenty of other places that will charge you $12 without al a carte toppings. I feel ripped off.
Rush Bowl’s is great. Staff is always super friendly as well.
