We should have gone somewhere else when we noticed a bus boy choking on a joint in the front! I know it’s Denver but really???? The restaurant was trashed! Only had water or tea to drink! Then our food came out and my chicken sandwich was raw in the middle!!!! GROSS!!!!!!****UPDATE***** Got a phone call from the district manager? Was very apologetic and said he knew who the manager was, said that issues will be addressed. Asked to give them a try again, but really you think I'm going to go back and spend money there again? Not even an offer of a gift card to give them another chance, all he could say is how mad HE was....smh.....
The staff here deserves all the stars in the world. They were extremely under staffed while also trying to train the new staff. While you could see they were overwhelmed, they never let that affect the customers in front of them. They were slammed with incoming customers, but were honest with each one and set the right expectation on wait times as they came in. Edwin and Wesley had top notch customer service and handled everything with grace, humor and personality. All the kudos!I have not eaten at Ruby Tuesday in probably more than a decade but we were in town for a conference and it sounded like a good option. Being vegetarian, I was happy to see how many options there were from the plant-based Awesome burger to the sides and the ever famous salad bar. I opted into the salad bar and also a Mango Margarita. Salad Bar was good (though I would recommend a spoon for the eggs vs the tongs for easier scooping and way less mess.) I loved how fresh everything was and that I could make it my own.I should have skipped the Mango Margarita because the syrup/puree used is way too sweet. A regular one probably would've been better. My party also got the Mozzarella sticks and a regular burger with fries. None of us were disappointed in the food.Great atmosphere, kid-friendly, and great spot for a family dinner or quick meal if you're in town for an event.
Yuck first the good was the greeter Larry nice professional, the ice cream on the skillet come my kids liked. Bad chicken Parmesan and the waitress saying it comes with garlic sauce, checking menu, taking to manager and having it remade. Ribs dry and manager remade. The steak was fatty and tough.yuck. The managers excuse was it was their slow time so staff wasn't appropriate.
Our experience went from bad to worse. Starting out the manager refused to accommodate our party of 8. He said there was no way to seat us together and we could leave or sit at separate tables. The waitress was overwhelmed and took 20 minutes to greet us. The light bulb was missing above our table. Drinks were not refilled. Food was delivered cold, undercooked and overcooked. My daughter ordered her steak medium well and it was rare in most spots and full of fat. My son's ribs were very dry and smothered in barbecue sauce. My broccoli was raw, not steam. My husband had a cold bacon cheeseburger, barely even ate any of it. My gluten free daughter had a reaction from her steak, baked potato and corn. Something that should have been fine. Will never go to this location again, may never go to Ruby Tuesdays again since this was our first experience with this chain.
I mean what else do you expect when coming here?My grilled zucchini was soggy and there were only a few of them. The rice was dry and stale. My salmon tasted like they just defrosted it with no seasonings. I had to add balsamic vinegar to stomach it down. But I didn’t come here with high expectations, you get what you get when coming here.

Awesome service Great Salad Bar
I took my daughter there for Valentine's day.The greater was not outgoing. He showed us our seats and left. Our waitress was awesome. She made suggestions and was very pleasant. Check on us often and keep our glasses refilled. I did.not.have the sandbar but my daughter did. She said it had the regular salad things lettuce, tomato, etc. Plus she did like the pasta selection. Our meal was good. We both had the mac and cheese chicken pasta. The waitress and I were disappointed they discontinued the pineapple upside down cake. She suggested the cookie in the skillet, it was very good. Over all 4 stars.
Horrible service. Had to actually leave and eat elsewhere. I understand we are in a pandemic but I haven’t had such a terrible waitress as this in years. How bad is she? I personally liked her and I still had to complain. It’s a pandemic. We all have to adjust, but I think if you have the nerve to take money in exchange for food, you should have the decency to apologize after 5 screw ups. The improper food was overdone. Place is ready for a remodel. I used to work for a Ruby Tuesday but this one just made me sad. They don’t have them where I live and I’ve missed them for 10!years. This was a disappointing reunion to say the least.
Friendly staff and environment. We came in kinda late but they were happy to get us seated and feed us. Everything tasted wonderful and my steak was cooked just how I requested.
