I'm giving it three starts because of the sandwiches... The cold brew was decent and the staff was very sweet.I got one of the sausage waffle sandwiches and it was sad. It had one tiny piece of sausage in between two very floppy and warm "waffles". I know that's not on the baristas. They do not get to choose the pastries. I would give a 5 for the staff alone, but I would recommend choosing wisely when it comes to ordering food.

We happened upon this coffee shop while leaving the art museum. The sweet chai latte was very good. Both workers were super friendly. We ordered several pastries. They were average and probably would not order them again but the sweet chai was great. Neat atmosphere with the brick walls and coziness of the place.

This was by far the best latte I have had while visiting Denver! I got a large dark cloud (mocha and hazelnut) with oat milk. The atmosphere is also really nice, the place has a great vibe. If I lived here it would definitely be a frequent hangout for me. I also got the bacon burrito and it was a lot bigger than I expected but still pretty good. Everything was a little expensive, but I understand considering it is a small business. Great experience overall!

A pleasant coffee shop conveniently located near downtown but tucked away with its own secluded patio. Friendly to dogs and people, too. The coffee is good, with a range of options and they serve local pastries. The staff look like they enjoy working there.

Amazing coffee shop. Excellent vibe. 5***** customer service. The pastries melt in your mouth... Get them warmed up!!! Amazing. The Breakfast Jar ( yogurt parfait) amazing! Would highly recommend it. My bf got the waffle breakfast sandwich and loved it. Our coffees were spot on. We appreciate, as busy as the coffee shop got, that the staff consistently greeted everyone with a friendly smile and assisted everyone with a smile and positive attitude & all of the customers were very patient and kind. We'll definitely be back!

Super great spot! They have so many flavor choices that will fancy any customer’s taste. Whether you want a “Monkey Fist” or just a well brewed cold brew - they’re the spot. Food is great too, from waffle sandwiches to vegan burritos and pastries that bring a great sweet touch to your morning/afternoon (I can’t stop buying the cinnamon roll)Also all the employees are amazing. They make you feel so welcome! Go buy from them, they deserve it!

You gotta show up early for that bacon burrito. The coffee is fresh like the beans be ground that day. I had the monkey fist and the banana wasn’t over powering I had h/h. The lady got a dark cloud with oat milk and it was delicious as well.

Awesome little indie coffee house with amazing selection of drinks. Loved their fruity pebbles latte.

Love the building in which Roostercat Coffee House is situated. The coffee shop is just as cool inside. Fun set up, lots of art, and different seating options inside and out.Parking is a bit tricky, but that’s to be expected in downtown Denver. There’s some street parking on the same side as the coffee shop. The baristas are friendly. And there are a variety of drink and food options. The shop is woman owned. It has an unique and enjoyable vibe. Check it out!

The grilled cheese is to die for. I love the atmosphere and decor. They support local artists and the staff is friendly. I can't wait to go again.
