We could smell this place as we left Porter hospital. So glad we found it. The food is simply perfect. The pork and brisket sandwiches were so moist and delicious. The Homemade potato chips were fresh, crisp and perfectly salted. The staff were welcoming, friendly and so very kind. They quickly got our food to us. The were nice and super professional. They had obvious pride in their food. They offered us a sample of AMAZING Mac and cheese and perfect lil Carmel puffs with peanuts. We live in Fountain but will happily drive to Denver for this wonderful place. Not only is the BBQ on point but the staff are great! Thank you!
Small neighborhood BBQ restaurant with biggggg flavors.So when we walked in the young lady at the register had absolutely no Idea whats going on and I thought god this is going to be a disaster. They were also out of venison and lamb at noon on Sunday which was another hit for us since thats was the reasonto we wanted to try this restaurant. Anyway, It took almost 40 minutes for our food the get ready which was weird because bbq is always ready to go and takes only few minutes to serve and the delay made me more nervous. So the food arrived and the 2 McCoy sandwiches were 2 different sizes, 1 huge and full of meat and the other small and had les than half of the meat( check out my pictures)But after we started eating wowwww everything changed and we were so happy, what an amazing food wowwww . We ordered 2 McCoy sandwiches and absolutely loved it. We also ordered a 3 meat plate and everything tasted amazing. We will definitely go back for more very soon.I definitely recommend this place to BBQ lovers.Thank you Roaming Buffalo for our wonderful sunday lunch.
Honestly this meat is amazing. They do run out of some meats closer to the end of the day, but that's just a testament to how good it is. The staff is great, but I will say the dine-in experience feels a little cramped if you don't sit outside. Just a great, hearty sandwiches for the price
Super whack experience through and through. Waste of money and time. Go to AJs Pit by South Platt River or Smok in RINO if you want actual BBQ.
Was visiting from Texas and came to try this place out. Tried their ribs and brisket and it was some of the best I've had! Definitely recommended, made the 12 hour drive to Denver so much more worth it!

The sausage is tasty with some spice to it with the green Chile and cheddar. The Gouda complements the meat and the pickled jalapeños give it a bit of kick.Roaming Buffalo offers a traditional bbq, spicy and a very spicy bbq sauce. I tried the regular and spicy. Perhaps I may try it next time.The collard greens was the side I chose and they were cooked well.I had a boylans ginger ale for my drink and it was a very filling meal.Can't wait to go back to try more of this delicious bbq.Go early as they do sell out everyday.

Would highly recommend. Being from Texas, I feel like I have a high bar for BBQ. Roaming Buffalo hits the spot though.Love coming here with my brother and colleagues for lunch meetings. They have super tasty/affordable lunch specials, too. You should definitely experience this place for your own.
This place is awesome! Our food was ready super quickly, everyone working there was friendly, and everything was delicious. Two of us split one of the $3 sammies that were the day’s special and a two-meat plate (we got sausage and brisket with a side of Mac & cheese and cornbread) and we each got lemonade. Plenty of food for both of us but I wish the Mac & cheese portion was a little bigger because it was so good. The cornbread was a little on the drier side but very flavorful.
