My husband and I were here for a meeting. Otherwise we would not have chosen this hotel. Upon arriving the guy's computer went down after entering our name so we had to stand there for more than 30 minutes while the line behind us grew longer. The guy beside him's computer didn't have this "glitch" so his line flowed smoothly. The next morning I thought I'd sleep in - have room service for lunch and spend the afternoon at the pool. I tried to get ahold of someone at in room dining and no one answered. I pushed every single button possible and not one person answered Not even on the EMERGENCY button? Finally called the front desk and was told that there was NO food service between the hours of 10 am til 4 pm. Their gift show (for candy bars) was closed until 4:30 pm. They had no vending machines. I was told the certain floors had ice machines. Only a slight bit of ice came out. So made it out to the pool which is not heated and was filthy. Very thin and tiny towels. Nothing going on - nothing like I had imagined. Very depressing atmosphere. As I'd said, if it weren't for the meeting, we'd stay somewhere else. Upon departing I asked that our stay be added to our Marriot points. They said they couldn't look our number up. Even by his email, etc. There was no one behind us waiting. How disappointing!!! Also, in the past it was free parking, Now it's $19 per night and you do it yourself Our room had a lovely view of the nasty rooftop of some rusty somethings...

Our team stayed here for tournament and our stay was terrible, this could be a nice facility, but the rooms and balconies are ran down, some need repairs and just a good deep cleaning, paint peeling, cracks in walls, carpet dirty, they didn't have our rooms reserved like we had asked and checked repeatedly, they cancelled one of the reservations before a player and family could arrive even though it was held with a credit card and they were told when they would be arriving, then stated they were overbooked and couldn't accommodate them until next day so they had to stay in a parking lot of store across street for the night, they just did not care!! Our rooms were not cleaned, trash over flowing, or restocked after 5 days, dirty sheets on one bed, and asking daily multiple people, maids and front staff for this, but nothing was done, air conditioning was not working multiple days, they fixed it and it stopped again, everyone always made excuses or said they would fix things but it never happened, you would go back and ask again and they would say oh I'm sorry but nothing. Just excuses, always passing the buck, even the managers. You have to have key card access to park in parking garage as street parking due to homeless in area is not suggested, multiple times we could not get in or out and had to go have cards reset. One day our cards would not work to our rooms went to front desk and they stated oh we thought you checked out?? Absolutely no good communication between staff ever! Several days in after all the complaints from multiple parents we were told by a manger they would discount our stay by 2 days cost because they realized things had went so bad and not corrected time and time again. They asked us to meet with the GM the next day to discuss all the concerns as they said they felt bad it had gotten so worse and not been addressed. He was not concerned with the problems or addressing anything to make the last couple days of our stay better. He would only consider taking half nights stay for one room off, even though we had 11 rooms of families that all paid good money to stay here and all had multiple problems. And it wasn't just us, other teams and families staying there had multiple complaints that were never addressed. I would not stay here again and if you are a sports team just know they all stated multiple times they are just not set up to handle big groups or teams, so why do they contract with team sites for bookings?? Consider somewhere else.

The hotel itself it is very nice looking upon walking in with a nice bar, mellow calm atmosphere and friendly reception staff. We stayed here in mid July for 4 day stay in Denver in a queen bed room.Upon entering the room were were a little disappointed there wasn’t a small table in the room and the furniture looked a bit old. However the linens were clean and the ac worked perfectly in the hot summer heat. However outside noises in the hall are very noticeable inside the rooms, specially since there was a large number of teens from sports teams staying in the hotel at the time.We were very disappointed by the rooms not being cleaned throughout our stay, after our second night in the hotel our trash cans started to become full, I approached a housekeeper and was told they only cleaned vacated rooms and was directed to the front desk to request the trash be picked up. As i went to the front desk the lady told us they normally can only do so in the morning, but wrote our room number down on the corner of a sheet of paper and were told it would be done in the morning at the latest. After 4 days of our stay our room was not cleaned at all, which i could have dealt with if it wasn’t for the trash starting to pile up so we had to save plastic bags when we went out so we could come back and empty the trash ourselves. Not exactly what I expected from a hotel like this, when most other places offer basic housekeeping on daily basis.Another issue is the parking, we found ourselves trapped between the gate a line of cars because the garage will not open with your room key until you go in to get authorization from the front desk, so we ended up inconveniencing a lot of people trying to get in as well, on top of the downside of them charging $19 per day to be able to park inside.Long story short, the experience was not entirely bad but it could have been so much better, I will try a different hotel next time we fly into Denver.

Very dirty hotel and poorly maintained. Room had extensive shower mold, showed FD and was told they have a lot of Housekeeping complaints. Dusty, dirty nightstand broken window coverings, broken luggage rack. I also noticed stained ceiling tiles and just overall poorly maintained property.

Good and bad. The lobby and common areas are nice. The location is commercial with a lot of homeless people around. You can't go to most areas without your room key. I kept on hearing multiple guests say their a/c was out, but mine worked fine. The shower slowly drained so you were always standing in dirty water by the end. The toilet hanlde was broken and when flushed would run until you opened the tank and pull the chain from under the flapper. You have to ask for housekeeping to clean your room daily and towels were st a premium. Lucky if you could get 2 fresh ones daily for family of 4.

Recently stayed add this locution July 15th ~18th 2022. The front desk staff was very cordial and did a good job managing my concerns. I was unaware that you won’t get your room cleaned on multi-night stays unless you request it. Maybe just my ignorance but it would be a good idea for the staff to remind patrons as they check in. The entire hotel could use a revamp in my opinion (i.e paint, carpet furniture). My original room had a soiled couch and musty odor. There was visible dust everywhere and the patio area dirty. I was moved to a new room the next morning and the condition was better but it still wasn’t appropriate for the star level/or the Marriott brand. We also experienced inadequate air conditioning during the visit. The room would never cool down fully at night no matter what temp you set it to. In summary, I’m hoping that this location is on Marriotts list of properties that should be updated soon. At best, this I would say it’s a 2 1/2 or three star level in its current condition. I can deal with a hotel that’s a bit dated but PLEASE make sure my room is clean & working AC. I’ve enjoyed past stays at various Marriott properties but this experience has soured me on the brand going forward.

No one opens the front door when arrive at 10pm. Have to wait for someone living in the hotel to pass by and ask them to let you in. Breakfast not included but when you get downstairs, waiters at the breakfast were very rude.

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This web site will compare countless booking web sites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed. The stay here was superb. The staff's willingness to serve was exemplary. The room was very comfortable. One critique: Get some bellboys or something like them. Our group comes to you once a year and we bring LOTS of luggage. Just suggestion.....

Very strange hotel, no dresser in room only a weird table. My husband’s mattress sagged, the pools were closed. At breakfast there was a hair in the bacon. The lobby was nice and the employees were exceptional. Overall old and run down. I would not stay there again.

Was very pleased with this hotel. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and responsive. We came for a tournament that is conveniently located to Dicks Sporting Goods Park! Several stores and restaurants nearby (but be sure to try to get your name in early or make reservations). The food at the restaurant lobby was delicious! There is a casual brewery a block from the hotel with food trucks that we went to for 2 nights and just a great atmosphere!
