Veggie miso ramen was packed with flavor and fresh, crunchy greens! Wish I stuck with the potato pierogi instead of swapping in tofu but you live and you learn.
Best Ramen we’ve ever had! From the amazing broth to the handmade noodles this Ramen was incredible. No preservatives or MSG. The sake, lychee-tini and delicious gyoza made the experience even better. Thank you to the charming staff who took great care of us. Can’t wait to come back.
This has been my go to ramen spot for awhile. I visited on 04/22/22 and saw they had Tsukemen on the menu! Not something you see often in Denver (or anywhere else for that matter). I also learned that the chef trained under one of the guys from the documentary Ramen Heads! Unreal! Very lucky to have this place here in Colorado. GO EAT HERE. KEEP THIS PLACE ALIVE!!!
Hands down the best ramen noodles I have ever ever had!Completely Fell in love with the pork buns.I love the dishes from a local artist, the decor and the overall ambiance of this place.Nicole was amazing!Great, now I'm craving noodles.
The service was just as amazing as the food! I loved the Ramen and the broth, but Kimchi is a big deal to me having had a Korean friends Mom of mine introduce me to it, and I have loved getting it homemade whenever I can ever since. Delicious!
The food was amazing best part is no added MSG we'll be here often.
Ramen Star is that hidden gem that you don't want to tell your friends and you only go to on date nights. The service was good even with a 9 top birthday party there. I ordered the TSUKEMEN STAR which has thick noodles and rare chashu. Let me tell you the menma was on point. But you dip everything in this broth that is cooked over five days, and it tastes like it. Noodles were on point, the dine in only broth was very flavorful (I see why it's on the side), menma was amazing, the only downside was the egg. It was perfectly soft boiled but it wasn't marinated in soy, so it had no flavor. I will be back soon as I need to try everything on this menu. Again I want everyone to know about this spot but I don't haha.
My son and I have been trying different types of ramen around Denver because of the anime Naruto. Ramen Stars miso Ramen, vegetarian buns and beef buns were excellent. This is the first Ramen I have truly liked that from a restaurant. My family does not eat pork and Ramen Star was able to accommodate our needs and not disappoint. I can’t wait to go back and try another type of Ramen. My friend recommends the chocolate Ramen…maybe I will try that next. Thank you for such a great dining experience.

A wonderful Ramen Shop, as always! Dinner menus are hand drawn and written, often menus we'll have different descriptions from each other. Very fun!A wide range of ramen types, from traditional to Exotic and expensive. I went on a limb and tried the chocolate Ramen, it was very interesting and very good! Still not sure if it was supposed to be a dessert Ramen. I love the risk and bold menu choice!
