They get a one-star and I never even tasted the food. I just did not have 30 minutes to get a chicken finger combo. They've got five different items you can order and they cannot get it out to you within 10 minutes per customer. Very very sad
The worst Canes experience ever and I love canes. I get you hate your job but please don’t serve your loyal customers cold food. I get that it’s before closing but I didn’t spend $16 for a cold box of chicken fingers. Also, your hours are very inaccurate. Google says 1AM on weekends but it’s really 11PM. Stop cheating your customers. I ordered the caniac combo and one of the six fingers is literally the size of the sauce container. That’s a chicken nugget, not a chicken tender. Last thing, your employees are rude! I get it that they hate there job so why don’t work elsewhere ?
Update your hours on Google!! It’s really not that complicated. Not only are the hours off, but they are off by multiple hours. Google claims the store is open until 1 AM only to get there and the store is closed at 11:00AM sharp. This has happened on multiple days. Beyond annoying for something that will take more than 5 minutes to update.
This Cane’s has some of they best customer service and customers. I had they best experience dining in at this restaurant/establishment. Joe the manger goes above and beyond for his customers keep up the great work!

just tried to go here and i stood in line at the drive thru and no one took my order in my lane the took five orders out of the other lane. so i drove off and so did the other 3 people behind me.. they had just taken 2 orders ahead of me and ashen i drove up nothing…

I really want to like this place, but it's just nothing special. Chicken was tender and juicy, but there isn't much breading or flavor. The fries were cold and the soda was flat.
I’m not the biggest fan of Raising Cane’s but it open later than most restaurants in this area. It’s not too expensive and the food is quite satisfying.
