I work at the DEN airport. I was getting Quiznos for lunch almost every work shift during the pandemic. It was great until one day I got really sick, stomach-wise. I figured they might be taking inappropriate cost cutting measures with cleanliness and/or having lower turn over of product due to less demand. I had heard of places not replacing the entire bin when replacing vegetables; which is a good safety practice, for example, etc. So I gave Quiznos a break for about a year.Flash forward to a couple months ago, I tried again and got sick again. I had been getting the veggie guacamole almost every time for a year so I was thinking maybe it was a problem with the veggies or the guacamole. I’m going to have to stop eating here. You don’t want stomach issues when you’re on an airplane.
The guy who took my order was friendly. My sandwich was prepared quickly. There is a nice eating area, but I took my sandwich and drink back to my gate and ate while waiting to board my flight from Denver to Buffalo. The sandwich was fine! Prices fairly reasonable for being in an airport.
We ordered egg bacon biscuits. We asked which they recommended. The biscuit was 2 inches thick without a slice of bacon. There were crumbles of burned bits of bacon on both sandwiches as if it came out of the garbage. Cheese hard to recognize... We used to come here every time we were in airport.... but no more! One star is generous! I’d like $ back.
I had the Baja chicken sub….it was pretty good.
The guy who took my order was extremely rude... and made us feel like the quiznoz didn't want our business. It was 330pm and we had to wait in line just to get to front and be disrespected. Wow.
Get a Black Angus Steak sandwich, had a sweetness about it. And a standard cheddar steak, not bad.
Ordered a black angus steak and while I am smart enough to read that it has special sauce it did not say it would be so sweet and loaded with sugar and/or honey that you could taste nothing else. The manager made it and it was disgusting
Love Quiznos!! Wish there was more locations. They still have the 4 pepper sauce which is delicious.
My mom and I were in between flights at the Denver Airport and needed to eat something quick. We shared a 12 inch Black Angus Steakhouse sandwich. It's one of my favorites, and it was more than enough for us to split. Delicious!
Awesome sandwich the prices are high but it's the Denver Airport so you would expect to pay $13 for a sandwich.
