Just want to send a Buyer Beware notice about this sandwich shop. My colleagues and I received our delivery order from Potbelly about 45 minutes ago. As I was eating the vegetable garden soup I ordered I almost bit into a piece of what appears to be a piece of concrete in the soup (see attached photo). Then I opened my Powerhouse salad, which came with the worst looking avocado slices I've ever seen on any restaurant plate (see second attached photo). At over $10 for this type of salad the ingredients should have been at least fresh... I called the sandwich shop a few minutes ago and spoke with someone who identified as Michael. I reported the stone in my soup and recommended they toss the rest of that soup in the drain to prevent other costumers from breaking a tooth or swallowing a piece of concrete as I almost did. Michael did not apologize or express any kind of shock or regret at my experience, nor offer any kind of reimbursement. He simply said: "thank you for letting us know; is there anything else I can do for you?" dismissively. If you are thinking of getting a sandwich or soup I'd highly recommend you go elsewhere and avoid this mismanaged and careless Potbelly sandwich place. So I give this place a zero for customer service and a zero for food quality. I had to give it one star (undeservedly) because not doing so would have prevented me from posting this warning.
I always have a great meal from here, staff is friendly and work fast. Even a long line goes quickly.The peppers are a nice addition to any sandwich and my kids love the Mac and cheese.I love this location to eat at when it's nice outside.
This is a pretty standard Potbelly Sandwich Shop, but smaller than many, although close by Union Station at the north end of 16th Street Mall, However it does have just a few tables if you want to eat your sandwich in. I got the impression that virtually all this shops business is on-line order and pickup. Sandwiches were good and the soup (Broccoli) was very good. Shame that all the advertised soups were not available.
Usually I think Potbelly’s is quite good. However, my last experience with them left me with bad food poisoning. I ordered delivery from this location on a Friday. Delivery arrived on time, no problems there. I ordered a sandwich with turkey and cucumber… can’t remember what it was called. Eating it I felt like something was off, so I only ate half of it. It honestly felt too warm for a cold cut sandwich. And I’m glad I only ate half bc textbook 4 hours later I had horrible migraines, abdominal pain, and then threw it all back up. It was the only thing I ate that day so I know it was from that sub. I want to call the location to let them know something wasn’t right but apparently they are closed on weekends and I will certainly forget about calling them by Monday. Hope you all can figure out what the culprit was- I’d advise staying away from their turkey for a while!
Fire Great customer service and food EVERYTIME
This place is awesomelicious. It's definitely my new go to for a quick sandwich and a soup. I always get that Oreo shake because it's freaking amazing.....Get you some..

Just ordered the veggie melt sandwich with no cheese and was served raw mushrooms. I guess I assumed the mushrooms would be cooked in some way, since mushrooms are essentially indigestible when they are not cooked. Very strange and pretty upset because I was so hungry! The sandwich also came without some of the toppings I ordered.
Amazing sandwiches, awesome environment and friendly staff! All around an awesome place to eat and chill for the time being.
BLAT hands down the best. Don't ever get rid of it.
