I got a kid’s menu, and the chicken nuggets were with moho, it is unacceptable!! I came back I was been really nice telling them the whole situation and they called the manager he was a little bit upset about my complain, he was trying to explain me that it was the sauce but I don’t think so!! Because only one nugget was with moho, If it was the sauce all of them were with that!! But no! At the end I was just telling him I only want you to change it that’s it!
You are better off driving an extra mile than trying to get a correct order from here. I live close by and now refuse to ever come here. They have never had my order correct and once they were out of tenders for like a month. And the workers made fun of that fact and made fun of people in Spanish and don’t know if they just thought I didn’t know. But regardless they never have the correct order. I don’t know if they just don’t care or if their workers are incompetent.
The employees are pretty nice at this Popeye's. I like to get the shrimp combo, but sometimes they give me old shrimp. Ik it's old cause it's warm, but when I bit into it ... didn't have a crunch. So it's a hit or miss if you buy the shrimp combo. I honestly wanted a refund, but didn't have the energy to deal with it. Cause some people like to play with your food when you want a refund or change out.
Ordered an 8PC Chicken Family Pack, kid's meal, and extra order of fries through the website for pickup.Chicken breasts were missing from the 8 pc. The manager gave me the breasts however when I got back home, I realized the red beans and rice was spoiled(expired food).I've never been so disappointed in Popeyes as I was yesterday.This location has diminshed in service and quality of food.
This place is hit or miss! Food is sometimes fresh and tasty and others makes eating your shoe seem more tender! Same goes with the service, hit or miss. If you are lucky enough to go and get both hits - great day!
Bought a 12 pack of the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever had. Multiple drumsticks the size of my pinky. 2 bites max. Waste of money.
I went to the drive up and the screen was dark , I waited. Nobody took my order.I drove to the window where the guy was rude and told me next time order at the screen ! I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and coleslaw, when I got home I opened the bag and I had a a spicy chicken sandwich! I can eat spicy food !! I had to throw it away . I’m very annoyed and unimpressed with this place
We went by for a quick bite in the evening on the way home. Was looking forward to some chicken and fries, how bad could it be? We were sorely mistaken.While the girl taking our order was nice, and the food was fast, they clearly did not care what was going out the window. They gave me plain chicken when I asked for hot, and a small, limp wad of fries when we asked for a large. My sad popcorn shrimp barely had any shrimp, they were mostly little dry lumps.Save your money and go somewhere else. No quality control. Not all Popeyes are made equal.
I ordered from this store for the fish sandwich. I ordered 2 fish and 1 chicken sandwiches and sides. they did not send any fish sandwich sandwich at all and one chicken. We tried again today 3/18/2022 to order 2 fish and one chickens sandwiches and sides we got one chicken and the sides we paid 38$ and still got no fish and that was not even the order the receipt on bag was correct but there was no fish sandwiches I would not eat there or order from.
I gotta say the staff here is attentive and very nice. My order was ready in minutes! I forgot Popeyes could be this good!! Thank you so much!!
