I really like Popeyes. The main issue is that many times the food is not hot. Especially when it comes to the fries. Up the quality control and you get 5 stars. That Classic sandwich is the best chicken sandwich on the market when it is hot. Come on Popeyes, you got this!!!!
Bad experience here... just simple things. Asked for sweet tea. Nope. Some sauce.. nope. Had to circle back around and go inside. Also like it was no big deal. Then this lady came in also they have given her husband molded bread on his sandwich. I'm just saying make a effort to get my order right!! Overall this franchise is usually ok buy as of late the care factor is out of the window.
WHAT is wrong with this place? It used to be just decent. The big hispanic kid taking orders and yelling at everyone appears to be some sort of manager but the quality has gone downhill dramatically. Every time I go, he’s always yelling at everyone and standing in everyone’s way. And if taking orders is his only job, he’s not even doing that correctly. The orders are always all wrong. They just throw random amounts of chicken and free floating fries and biscuits in the boxes. They are always out of drinks and sauce. The biscuits are hard and dry.
This Popeyes is one of the best Popeyes I've been to in a while they treat their customers with respect they have the order that you need there's no rude customer service experience and the manager was very helpful I give them their props. The store was very clean and that's what keeps the customers coming back a clean store with great customer service experience.
Refried Chicken (dry chicken): I ask for an eighth piece original which should consist of 2 pieces of the chicken section. 2 Breast, 2 legs, 2 thighs and 2 wings, but instead received spicy chicken with 6 breast, 1 leg, 1 wing and a few thighs. Dry dry biscuits. I'm so disappointed by the quality of service nowadays. I guess I don't have to go to fast foodaholic classes to quit eating this mess now, I quit cold turkey. This location is sometimey on hot moist chicken
Very disappointed. I walked 25 minutes only to arrive and the doors were locked an hour before close. I called the store and at least they picked up. But I was informed that even without a car I would have to place a to go order and go through the drive through. Apparently the lobby closes an hour before the store. Not safe for someone without a vehicle first off, to walk through drive through. But it's not noted online and nor mentioned that the lobby closes early. Either way I still would have done it at that point but I was told that they only had rice gravy and mac and cheese. I asked "No chicken?" They said "No chicken." I understand it happens sometimes but the whole experience was just unpleasant.
Waited in the store for 15 minutes for a to go order. Watched two Hispanic people come in after me and get helped before me given their food right away and the lady working the counter looked at me multiple times as I’m standing right there in front of her and chose to address Hispanic people standing behind me. Then Mariella a manager and a blue shirt walks by and I said are you a manager and she said no and points at another lady working the counter and says she’s a manager. Then that lady starts working on my order after seeing me Stanmar for 15 minutes. Like you see me standing there you couldn’t prepare to order prior to that. And then the first Hispanic lady that was helping me was sitting there talking on the phone and not helping any customers and so then they call over Ricardo who is a manager as well apparently and he just goes oh well I’m sorry about that I’m sorry about that…. All of the staff was more worried about social hour than helping any customers in the store …..will not be back
staff needs more training on customer service. Waiting at the register for 20m before my order was taken. No one else was in line, no one in the drive through, about 5 employees working. The lady behind the counter at the register was gingerly getting to-go orders ready and would just turn around and ignore me. I'm not sure if she was new, shy, or nervous but it felt like I was being discriminated against.
Used the app to order takeout. food was good. Had to go in to pick up since drive thru was full. I wish the kitchen looked cleaner. service was good
I went to this Popeyes location last night and was completely disappointed. The kid at the drive thru seemed new, and was having some trouble getting my order, no worries at all. I got my food and went home. Once at home I noticed that out of the $30 of food I ordered, a 2 piece chicken, Mac & cheese, and biscuit were all missing. I called the store and told them that the kid didn’t give me my receipt with the food. The excuse for not giving me my missing food was that somehow without a receipt they couldn’t look back at the last few orders and find mine… although it was literally within 10 minutes; also despite me being able to tell them exactly what I ordered. After no luck of getting this issue resolved I drove back to the store. At the window this time the kid was told to tell me the exact same thing. But I expressed that I couldn’t show a receipt when I didn’t get one. After a few minutes of talking to them the kid at the window and the manager were passive aggressively implying that I was stealing from the store, and that I was lying about not getting my food I paid for. There’s no logical sense in going to this extent over $7 if I were trying to make it up. Extremely offensive. Then they said that they could give me my sides but not the chicken (despite me paying for everything). I declined the hush incentive and left. Extremely upset and offended, and will never be back at this location.
