The food was decent enough but I don't know what is wrong with this place they always always forget something in your order.
The #1 it's called a combo its says it right there, and they tell me it doesn't come with biscuits because it's not a combo... so why does it said "combo"
Shrimp were a bit overcooked (chewy). They had no tarter sauce. I know they can do better. Service was good.
Horrible service, sub-standard food compared to any other Popeyes I've had. Drive to another store, don't waste your time here. They won't care when they make you wait 30 minutes, ignore you, then get you horrible food served with a side of nasty and horrible attitude... and they did this to everyone in there while I watched waiting for my food for an eternity. It made me sad to see such rude and careless people treating customers like that.
Nice employees. It was close to closing time, but they were patient with us ordering slowly and eating. The food was very good also. I really like the batter used on the nuggets: different than anywhere else but good.
Went through drive thru around 4 pm. Today.Order a shrimp and chicken strip spicy combo and 3 piece spicy combo with a breast leg and wing. Got to window , I asked the employee to repeat the order he responded with half the order right and stated 3 piece mild? So I said it was spicy dinner. Our order was $21.36. I checked order to make sure it was correct then left. Started eating my dinner and my chicken was mild.? Now I stop here at this Popeyes quite often when I stop it is on my way home knowing this my dinner it should be correct.. right!I called to see if they would rectify the situation the first manager I spoke to was tested I told him what happened he says I need to let another manager know so he sets the phone down and he walks away and they're waiting for 5 minutes while I hear somebody in the background counting change I holler through the phone somebody comes to the phone it's a different manager I'll explain to her the situation and I told her I only come to town ever so often but this is the place I stopped at for when I come when I'm going home I live 2 hours away so it is not easy for me to just turn around luckily I was close enough to turn around and come back the manager was kind enough to give me everything back I give her props for that...

They didn't have my order despite me ordering it online. No apology or concern from the cashier. No attempt to make up for their mistake. What a pathetic establishment.
Low on staff, but everybody (other customers, mostly Uber delivery) remained patient and the food tasted really good.
Finally, a Popeyes Chicken stir with white meat chicken (negative points to the location on Colfax best Moline) on the busiest day of the week (Popeye's Tuesday, $1.99 2-piece special). We had to go out of our way for a 2-piece spicy white and it was worth it. The food was fresh, hot and juicy.We went here for my mother's birthday and she loved her lunch. I had the Shrimp Tackle Box and it was delicious (except they forgot my requested Tartar Sauce and were out of Cocktail Sauce?!?). The biscuits were also fantastic. Service was blah and the cashier had a bad attitude. They combined 2 two 2-piece specials into one box for 2 people. We requested another box and it was a hassle.Overall the food was great but the service needs improvement. Make one difference and 5 stars is yours. Four stars, better luck next time.
