Experience was a disaster! Tried placing an online order to speed up the process. Arrived only to have to wait an extra 20 mins just to receive someone else's order. I never expected that there was anything wrong until I drove the 2 miles home. Did receive prompt response from the virtual support rep on the app so situation was salvaged. Made a frozen pizza for dinner instead.

Ordered a 5 pc chicken tender meal and got 4 small pieces of all breaded nothing. One actual piece of chicken.
The food is good and the staff and pleasant. However the night crew tends to not make anymore of an item after it's gone, no matter how early. If you visit this location after 7pm just know they will be out of Mac'n' cheese, shrimp, and other random menu items.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have had a couple really bad experiences with this location. It's near my work, so I decided to give them one last chance yesterday, and I was let down once again. I walked in, was not greeted, and stood at the front counter for several minutes before leaving. Not once did any of the employees acknowledge my presence.My previous experience was horrible too. Instead of being helped, the manager was on her phone, and then excused herself to go continue the conversation in the bathroom. Once back, she was rude and snappy to her employees, and seemed almost happy to tell some poor customer in the drive-thru that it would be about 17 minutes before their order would be ready. Decided to leave and get food elsewhere.Absolutely never going back. The place is managed by someone who doesn't seem to care at all, and it shows. What a disappointment.
Ladies use the phone while hovering over the food and making the boxes! I you'd then it was unsanitary and they literally said,"don't worry it's not your food its someone elses!". Wouldn't eat here. I put in a health complaint with denver to check it out! Maybe they'll tighten up!
Every single time I eat at Popeyes in Denver, including several branches, something goes wrong. One or more of any of the following always is an issue: mobile app doesn't work, promo codes don't work, there's a long line, the order is wrong, something wrong with the drive through, etc. I'm done trying to simply get some food from this place without a big hassle. It's terrible.
The food was good, hot not soggy. I'm not one to tout for a chicken shack but being from the Texas / Louisana . Popeyes chicken is to Louisiana what Whataburger is to Texas so it was to get a taste of home. Those girls at the east Colfax Popeyes got it poppin. Go see them if you a chance.
I don't know what happened they used to be so good, they used to put extra when I asked. Now it's just like all the other establishments.
