I went to the drive thru and not only did they get my combo meal order wrong they failed to give me napkins and silverware. Food was so bad I just threw it in the trash. I won’t be back.
Advertised items were not available. Tackle box meal didn't have shrimp available. No notices of unavailablity were posted. Manager said it wasn't his problem and didn't even offer apology. Poor customer service. I'm very disappointed with Popeyes not having advertised or menu items available.
The order taker was very rude, it may have been my fault for showing up at 845 and they close at 10 but I doubt it. I really do love the food, it reminds me of home.
As much as I love chicken sandwiches from Popeyes I have been thoroughly disappointed.EVERY CHICKEN SANDWICH IN THE LAST 6 TO 8 MONTHS HAS BEEN COLD...The new MO at Popeyes is to make a batch of chicken sandwiches and put them in a warmer #SAD #BADPRACTICECOME ON POPEYES..!
Ordered the 6 piece chicken nugget combo for my 3 year old with Mac and cheese and this is the bs they gave us. Also instead of 6 nuggets she only got five they tasted old and the Mac and cheese is wasn’t even eatable. Will no longer travel 20 minutes to this location anymore. Very unhappy with today’s service

Chicken is pretty good but check your order before you leave. I’ve ordered from them a dozen times and they have never failed to forget at least one item.
