Good Food, Good Costumer Service.Only thing I have bad to say is that one morning going up there. No one was there to take my order so I drove to the window no one came to the window either but mind there were a few people there so I knocked on the window young lady came and just looked at me like I did something wrong about knocking on the window. She did not say can I help you silence. My words were to her no food, no eat no, closed the window. I think the cook took the day off, as well as others..Costumer services is key,Communication is also key too.
Save time don’t eat here. Didn’t have my order but added two pieces of mystery parts. Asked for the other two wings didn’t have offered me a biscuit. Asked for a refund of my $8.19 meal got $3.12 instead. That must be the cost of two wings.People were walking out of line due to the wait. It must be the staffing shortage.
I used the app to make a mobile order for the first time came in sat down 1:31pm Sunday and I wasn't sure how it worked so I checked in with the cashier. The manager let me know they cooked my spicy sandwich fresh and were just waiting on that. Best one I've ever had incredible texture sauce and pickles I also got the 2pc offer and was super hot excellent a good deal. Thanks for caring about the food you serve here I'll be back for more work lunches
We have tolerated the attitude of the girl in the drive through for a while. She seemed to have gone away for a while and now she's back. We're done. Today I had a question. Rather than answering the question, she took my order. Then, a truck went by and I didn't hear her. She also was mumbling. At the window I explained I didn't hear her because of the traffic, she glared at me and handed the card back. She was not taking another order. We have never once heard anybody there thank you, even though we do. The different girl, who handed us our food, has never heard that phrase either. We actually joke when somebody's rude and mad that they work at this popeye's location. I can go elsewhere, and will. Good reviews for this location must be relations. If the manager was decent, this wouldn't be happening in the first place.
I come there everyday to order the same thing for a cancer patient and every time I go there I forget to check my order but they give me the wrong items every time but charge me I order 3 breast because that’s the only part she likes. Somehow I get everything but breast and forgets my jalapeños. This is the only Popeyes close by. What does someone have to do to get the right order when someone is doing a good deed for someone else.
Ordered 8pc family meal & 2 extra biscuits. Told to pull up to front to wait for biscuits. Waited 45 minutes, then decided to pull through the drive thru again because the lobby doors were locked and phone number disconnected?!. They forgot about my order.
My whole order was wrong I had to turn around twice. I ended up getting my money back and the cashier had the nerve to almost shorten me out of 3 bucks. Like come on I got no apology for bad service. I wasn't even rude about it either. But will never go to this Popeyes again. No accountability
Really bad service, shift manager tries to intimidate people by telling people it will take longer for certain foods. They are extremely slow. Waited 10 minutes for service. Needs new management and or better supervisors.
This is the best Popeyes I have been to since moving here. The manager Liz is always so helpful and nice. You can tell the crew is trained well, they are very hard workers. Every time I go I always get my food very fast and it's always good! I recommend this Popeyes to everyone
i always come here to eat dinner most days through the week i come around 6:30 and the staff is always so nice and caring, the chicken is always hot and ready to eat. i prefer to eat inside and might i say the do a good job of keeping clean. definitely recommend coming here to eat.
