Food was good. Better poke value and fish quality at other competitors. They have coconut rice option and some unique desserts.
Incredible & fresh poke! So good and I’m so glad I live this close to one. I don’t really understand when people give bad reviews about things they bring upon themselves or issues that have a resolution. If there’s no resolution, then I understand the frustration behind a bad review. I personally have had great experiences with the staff and quality of the food.
I went in for poke later last night and Jordan was so helpful. She was ending a very long shift and still took the time to help me choose what to eat, and make sure I was satisfied with my order. The place was very clean, and the poke itself was great!
Great poke place with friendly staff, but smaller selection of menu items. Higher pricing than some surrounding places but expected given their location . The spicy crab salad here is a win and the Spam musubi is a guilty favorite that I wish my favorite place would carry.
Interesting options/toppings that aren't offered at other poke chains. Very nice staff!
I have been ordering through DoorDash from this restaurant at least once a week for several months and have thus far been very satisfied with everything...that is until today. I bought myself and a friend lunch, ordering our usual bowls and they arrived promptly. My friend opened her bowl to find a large black hair sitting in her food.I contacted the restaurant and requested a manager. I was put on hold then began speaking to a woman who didn't seem to know what to do. She then place me "on hold" again though I could hear her and one of the members of the restaurant talking to one another. I could hear that they weren't going to give me a refund and the young woman didn't know what to tell me.When she finally did get back on the phone she told me to contact Dasher support, that she didn't know how to issue a refund and there was nothing she could do. Needless to say I'm very upset and this restaurant has lost my business. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and care that the staff exhibited, not even attempting to make things right. I will be going elsewhere for my Poke cravings and I hope others think twice before they order from this establishment.I had to put at least one star but I'd give this place zero if I could.
I found my new favorite poké spot! I was so impressed with their selection of fish, and they even grilled eel which I haven’t seen at other places. Amazing flavors!
Idk why i gave this place another chance. Got sick again, small portions, and the employees really seem bored and like you're interypting their day

The facility was very clean and Mai was very polite and and incredibly helpful. In the beginning I had a dish that was some sort of noodles that had eggs on it with some beef and leeks. It was a signature dish, and unfortunately, I was unfortunately not a fan of the bland noodles with eggs that were marinated in soysauce, which oddly tasted of mushrooms... that doesn't sound like a 5 star review, but read on.I was still hungry and decided not to eat that dish (completely on me - maybe it was cooked properly but not to my palate), but I decided to go with a poke bowl and it was absolutely superb! The salmon was absolutely wonderfully paired with all the ingredients and on Mai's recommendations, I went with some sauces and it was perfect!Cheap, quick, and delicious! With the wonderful customer service customer service, you can definitely count on me to come back.
