Ordered through the app. Horrible experience navigating through the app. Then, when I arrived at the highlands location on 32nd they only showed one pizza ordered when we ordered the 2 pizza 2 topping special. Topping were meager as we ordered the meatball and maybe two meatballs made it on the pizza. Staff did all they could to make up for the shortfalls of ordering through the app but after last two experiences at this location I will only support local mom-pop pizza places in the future.

Great pizza. Terrible service. They contract out delivery and it consistently arrives more than an hour after promised. Arrives cold and regularly missing items. And because I’m not the one who picks the delivery service they can’t help me with missing and late items.

Good fast pizza seems like quality ingredients. Hard working kids here and the boss should put a tip option on the new (I believe) point of sale system. Who carries cash???

I've been here a hundred times, and today was special.I had a really nice genuine conversation with Calder. He was super nice helpful and genuinely curious about how my day's going.Give Calder a raise and keep him around. This is was a great experience due to his kindness. (and that is rare in today's age)✌?

This is a great quick, fresh, delicious and affordable pizza place. Pizza made fresh to order. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and quality food. As far as affordable quick pizza goes this is the best in town. Not gonna, get this type of food at a chain delivery place. I go back often and never disappointed.

beautiful pizza and it's absolutely delicious! they even have gluten free! loved that it was not over cooked and the appearance was a big wow! will order again soon

Great pizza, mediocre ownership. Ever since being taken over by chipotle, this company has gone down hill. Save your money and give it to a real mom and pop. Not this sad excuse of a proper pizzeria.

Diavolo is advertised on app to come with pepperoni. Got home, no pepperoni, was bland had cheese and a only few flecks of basil. Also this bothers me: When you earn a “free pizza” on app, it isn’t completely free. Your final bill has to equal $10 for it to be free. All the pizzas are around $8.95 so you have to buy a drink or dessert to get it over $10. Not the local store’s fault but seems dishonest for the company as a whole. Reached out to corporate about it and was ignored.

Nice atmosphere and that's about it, I had one really good experience here but the pizza is usually under cooked, toppings and sauce are ALWAYS spread unevenly. I used to deliver pizza so the lack of care is an absolute turn off.

Having ordered 50+ pizzas over the past 2 years there is definitely a downward trend in quality and service as of late. More often than not you cannot even order online anymore which I can only assume is the results of too many orders from Uber Eats, Doordash etc. If you get to order there has been a notable decline in pizza size and quality of making! I hope this trend is reversed very soon - past good performance only carries that long.
