Pizza was delicious! Customer service was definitely lacking though.

The pizza here was marvelous! Every flavor was spot on. The atmosphere is like a subway food court with a dash of class. It's very comfortable and a great place to visit. Location and parking are accessible. Most if the staff was lovely. One individual was particular rude and dismissive to customers and their co-workers. That perhaps tarnished a five star review.
Super-friendly and attentive staff, tactfully steered us to the special of the month - Pizza of the Crab Rangoon. Really glad to have had a chance to try it! Accompanied with a pepperoni and a margherita + pepperoni. The crust was really good, even the slightly charred edges.The only downside was all 3 pizzas were heavy with flour on the bottom. We had flour all over our faces, hands and tables, and we noticed several other tables were covered as well.3 pizzas, 2 drinks (with refills) about $38.
Love this place. I eat here at least every Monday for the margherita pizzas and sometimes multiple times a week. Every time, the quality of the pizza is unsurpassed at its price point.This location was getting rocked today with literally the line out the door. The online ordering was not working for me to order the margherita Monday deal, but Cameron was awesome and made sure I was taken care of. Will of course be back!
Three of us had two arugula prosciutto pizzas and one crab Rangoon pizza, plus one of us had a salad and wine. Plenty of food (each pizza serves more than enough for one person). The arugula would have benefited from a washing and a quick toss in some oil, before topping the pizza (it just looked wilted and dry, on top) and the crab Rangoon was tasty but a bit too sweet. However, one of us got sick (who'd also had the salad and wine). So, it's possible the salad was the problem.
We normally love Pizzeria Locale, but we stopped by the Broadway location last night to pick up our favorite pies and when we got home, we were very disappointed in the pizzas. Not only was it cold (we even put them in a hot bag in the car for transportation), it's like the dough didn't have enough time to proof, the crust wasn't the normal enjoyable texture, it was very dense and the taste was off. The staff had no idea what was going on, everything was disorganized. We waited an extra long time for the pizzas to be ready for us, even though the pizzas went into the oven right after they were made. We are very disappointed in one of favorite place to grab a quick, good pie on the go.
Very delicious pizza the crust was thin and had a good taste
This is a quaint little place where you can watch them make your pizza.The toppings are large: 1.5 to 2 inches in size, not tiny chunks like large national chains.Cooked in an open-flame oven. I don't think they cook the pizzas long enough. Maybe they are trying to be fast, but I'd rather wait and have it cooked longer.Tastes good when hot and fresh, but, unlike some other pizza brands, not so good when cold or leftover.
Fantastic classic style pizza. Very reasonably priced too. Good chewy crust. My favorite was the margarita.
