We stumbled onto this place totally by accident but it’s amazing! Great atmosphere and view. Plus the food was on point and the drinks strong ? come see them!
My experience at the penthouse Caribbean food brought me here. The food in the drinks were very delicious however the service was not being that the waitress that served us quit in the middle of serving us and because she quit no one else paid attention to us as a customer. I had to run down someone just to get the bill and was ignored several times by the staff in order just to get the bill. That is why I gave it three stars. If they get a good staff in there then I don't see any other problems with that place it's actually very very nice. Signed the customer
I was very skeptical of trying a Caribbean/Jamaican restaurant in Denver. I thought it would be lack luster and gentrified. BUT BAYBEEEE LISTENNNNN!! This place was AMAZING!! Moving here from the east coast, I’ve been wanting and craving Jamaican food but knew I would have to wait until going back east to get anything decent. THIS PLACE CHANGED ALL OF THAT! The food was absolutely delicious. Honestly, the service could’ve been a little better and the server’s could’ve been more attentive (I felt like I had to keep looking for her or waiting for her to come back around if I needed something) but I’ll let it slide this time. I’ll definitely be back! I’m happy to make a trip downtown just to get a plate from here!! Do yourself a favor and go patron this restaurant!SN: I posted a pic of the drink I got (Can’t remember the name) but it was not good at all. They definitely need to tweak/fix the ingredients. But it got replaced with a better drink (could’ve also been the different bartender who made it).
Lovely place but food was a no. Who puts ginger in rice. Jerk chicken wasn't it. And festival no. Nice staff overall
So good we didn’t even get a picture of the food! We’ve been feigning for some authentic Caribbean food and this more than hit the spot! We had the oxtail & curry goat - it truly made our hearts happy ??✨
We went in and the staff was not attentive or friendly. It took quite a while to prepare a meal. I ordered the jerk chicken and rice with plantains. We ended up having to get our food to go. I was not very impressed with the food. The plantains were good. I did not enjoy the flavor of the rice or the jerk chicken.
The service was friendly and fast. Nice menu selection without being overwhelming. The food was unique and very good. Wonderful flavors. I had the Coconut Curried Chicken and Jerked Wings. I tried my son's Curry Goat which tasted great too.
I dunno, I was skeptical of a new place with new food that I had never tried before. Gotta say, this food was tasty, amazing tasty, everything about this place was great. Atmosphere, staff, service, food and options are amazing. Wanna try something new and out of the box? This is the place!
We ordered so much and it was all amazing! We ate all of it. Good food, Good Vibes. Must have.
The jerked chicken was good, spicy with a little kick. Good music, good vibes.
