Been here a few times. The burgers are amazing. The kettle chips with blue cheese as a side is a no brainer. The burgers are a good size and might need to be eaten with a fork and knife because they could get messy. Their booze selection is great too.
5 star food, bison burger was delicious if the patty was a bit small but the veggies were crisp and those were some tasty truffle fries. It looses a point for service, host sat me down, server took my order, then didn't check on me once for an hour. I had to go to the bar to ask for more water and the check. The music selection was fire! Would be a great takeout place but I'm not so hot on the sit down experience with waiters that don't care.
Nice portions and great tastes.They definitely need a better organization system. When u see your food and drinks just hanging out for 5-minutes, you're going to be upset.
The burgers are great, however for the price I would expect to have clean produce/not eat stickers (see photo) ?Besides that, not enough burger sauce…and even with ‘Toast’ they couldn’t/wouldn’t enter a credit card manually as I was picking up food for our whole family at the hospital while my sister-in-law was giving birth.Admittedly last two points are not a big deal but combined with eating a sticker, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
The burgers and fries are good. Not the best but above average.We had a bad experience and a bit of misunderstanding with one of the waiters but the manager (Stephanie) was apologetic and made sure that our experience is an exceptional one and solve the problem professionally.The 5 stars are only because of her welcoming and how she took care of us. Definitely one of the best individuals who could ever run a place like this.
This place has fantastic food and a great staff. Our burgers were done perfect, the fries were amazing and service was the best. We did have a little issue with our bill, but Stephanie and Sarah got things taken care of. If you want a burger that is amazing, this is the place to go!
1st time at this location I ordered the double bacon classic with the truffle fries, and it was medium I ask for no pink, it was actually good?my waiter was awesome very friendly and professional. Love the atmosphere and location We will definitely be back
For the price and quality, this is the best burger in town based on my experience. The food is always fresh and the flavor profiles are unique and delicious. This isn't just a plain ol' burger joint, though they can certainly make one. The sweet potato fries and truffle fries are scrumptious compliments to the main course.They also have a selection of delicious shakes and plenty of beers on tap.Between the indoor dining room, bar, and outdoor patio, there is an ambience for every mood and weather condition. This is definitely one of my go-to spots when I'm looking for a hearty, delicious meal and reliably pleasant dining experience.
This was my first time going to the location and it was a good experience. The food and service were great but the parking situation in the area is pretty bad. This can honestly be said about most of the city. I'd recommend walking here. Outside of this, I would say that the portions are good and the pricing is higher than anticipated considering the overall quality. Adding a 20% tip on top of that makes it really feel like a poor value but I'm not reducing any stars for that since it seems to be the norm for the area. Overall, it's a pretty good burger joint that I could recommend to anyone.
When you arrive here make sure you ask for Nicole. She is the best server here for sure! Before the manager gave us Nicole, there was a cranky, uppity waitress that ignored us for well over 1/2 hour. We were hungry and after 1/2 hour with no service or even water we found the manager which assigned us a new waitress Nicole.Nicole was delighful, cheerful, attentive and quick on her feet.She was so good, I gave her a 30% tip which she certainly earned.It had been a couple of months since we had been at Park Burger so, I sure hope for all of our sakes and milkshakes that Park Burger will hire more wait staff like Nicole instead of the uppity, cranky, customer-ignoring ones. Please thank Nicole for us. She saved the day!
