Really kind and warm service, and the burger was massive (mental considering it was about 13$, but that was with a great portion of bacon). Fries were solid, well-done is the move and they have these bangin' cookies.Only thing is not all options are available through Doordash, so in person is key
Far different experience than the RiNo location. Drab spot, waited 3-5 mins for someone to come up front to get our order. Maybe it was an off day for the server that was closing, but they seemed to care a lot less about guests coming in than making sure they were locked up and done at close. I arrived at 840, ordered at 846, and left and 9 for reference. Also, the burger and fries weren't nearly as good. I think I'll stick with their RiNo spot.
Husband loves the burgers here. I get the veggie burger (without the bun, and on top of mixed greens). It's delicious. The truffle fries are also really good.

Burgers here are delicious, especially the classic double! It was cooked to a perfect medium and the patties were juicy and flavorful.People are friendly and takeout orders are always ready on time. The truffle parm fries are also incredible and borderline addicting.All in all, a fantastic burger with a price point that can't be beat!
Lots of burger places have 15 different options on their menu that are all basically the same: one has bacon, the other has a different kind of cheese ( ), one might even have crispy onions or something. Park Burger's options are all very, very different. Brie and fig jam, BBQ with crispy onions, etc.Pro-tip: if you ordered truffle garlic parmesan fries and a big burger and are worried that you won't have room for one of the milkshakes, you can order a kid's size for the road
I would have given it 5 stars but if you are craving a patty melt! Do not order this one. The bread was soft buttered white bread and the inside onions was crunchy, nothing like a patty melt you are thinking of. My friends ordered the classic burger an it was amazing. We loved the bartenders! They were so nice an interactive.Patty melt ??
Park Burger-Highlands did not disappoint at all. Service was top notch and the food was amazing. Our burgers were so delicious. It surprised us how much flavor was in each burger. Truffle fries were on point also. Go on and treat yourself to a great meal at Park Burger- Highlands.
My daughter went there today and said they were rude. The guy who took their order was rude. He asked them if they wanted any sauce and she asked for ketchup he sucked his teeth because he had to walk back to get it. She seen what time it was and she told her friend she was going to have to leave soon well this guy decided to put his two cents in and yelled "they're working on it". I can't believe the service she experienced there.
I love this spot and their patio is a great place to hang out even if you’re just grabbing one of their awesome milkshakes. My favorite burger is El Chilango, medium rare of course. And get the truffle fries. Just do it.
