I work nearby and my colleagues always want soup or salad. Ordered 3 of each plus more and my order ended up missing 2 soups. Instead of soup, they gave me tortilla strips? Extra dressing for salad was not included either and feta cheese and pecans were missed on my salad. They definitely skimp out on their portions at this location, my salads are always half full and for the price per salad, that's disappointing! I repeated my order to the employee 3 times and my food was still forgotten. $95 order, and now we have to go back because they aren't willing to travel across the street to deliver the missing food. Will not be going back.

Very rude drive thru staff. For no reason lol. She yawned loudly into the mic, talked openly to other staff about “being petty,” asked me if I wanted a straw for a dome lid- lol. Very very rude for no reason. Maybe ask your mom for a hug? 11:00 am today. Won’t return! Hate it there :)

Surprised how good the cappuccino is! Went at 10:30 am, not too busy in the store, but the parking lot is a zoo. Parking in this center is tight and it was pretty full even that early. Filled up a little more around 11:30 when I was leaving. Staff are attentive and skilled. Didn't eat anything this time but the pastries looked yummy.

Stay away!!! go to their competitors which are in the same parking lot. Horrible customer service with gross lack of attention to detail. I have gone here to eat maybe 1 once a week for a few months but after this no more. Ordered two items via drive through and they forgot to add one of the two items. I drive 20 minutes back to get the item and by the time I get home the food was cold. Really awful. I was here Saturday the 9th and the girl who was on the drive through headset could care less about her job and somehow the other girl who gave me my food cared even less. If you're going to charge 2+ dollars for 2 ounces of Cream cheese you best make sure you put it in the bag.Edit: Apparently the owner thinks they can just buy my review with some free items but thats not the case. I left this review to tell others to avoid this place. Not to get free stuff. You can shove your free sandwich where the sun don't shine I'm not interested. How about you stop charging ~$3 dollars for 2.5 ounces of Cream cheese and then not even putting the cream cheese in the customers bag. That's what I want,, not a free sandwich. DO BETTER

Just terrible customer service. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location but I thought I’d give it another chance. The woman seem irritated that I ordered food. And who doesn’t put ice in cold drinks? Plenty of other options around. Do not recommend this place.

I just received my uber order and it was the worse experience ever. I'm so mad. I spent $45 for nothing. I ordered 2 cheese souffle which they forgot to send, I ordered an egg on brioche bread and the egg was slimy and undercooked and the egg yolk was all.iver the place. Then I ordered 2 coffees and I got 3 and terrible coffees. UgH

I usually don’t eat at Panera but now I am a super fan. Having been part of their unlimited sip program has been life changing. It is a huge space for me to work in peace. And their food is top notch.Also, sign for their rewards program for you will get a lot bang for your buck!

They always treat me fair and consistently here at Panera Bread I never have a problem it seems with the staff or maybe being able to use the restroom they're always kind about that sort of thing so I appreciate them so I give them a 4

I am uncertain who is in their employ however they have a very hard time with fundamental orders. I would not suggest ordering via drive thru or having food delivered.It is unfortunate as Panera is a common place whereas I would normally order for company events etc., yet the past 3 of 5 orders have been incorrect.For the frustration, price and decrease in amount of food, find somewhere else or another location.

Khael deserves a raise. BY FAR…Best customer service and kindness I’ve ever experienced from someone at Panera.
