Get a different guy at your cash register. Barely said hello was super rude from the get go, I asked for soup and he clearly has a mouth but just waved his hands and I stood there confused and then finally uses the mouth he was given to tell me “everything but soups right now” the register is the first impression of the store and that was pathetic. First time in here and definitely the last. Sorry… for the company.

Delicious, fast, less expensive than McDonald’s lol grate place for a 1hr stop for breakfast. The lattes are really good, & the wraps are my favorite. The flavored drinks they have are also amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough for a quick bite. The restaurant is clean, service is friendly. Our favorite place to stop!!
Beautiful atmosphere, but unfortunately, they were out of almost anything I wanted to order. Wanted a breakfast sandwich, but at 10:40 AM, they stop taking breakfast orders. Hmmmmmmmm ...
Gave the Uber eats order to the wrong driver. Refused to remedy the situation. I guess we are just handing food out without checking the order first?
This location is by far the most awful in the customer service department. Each and every employee has had what I believe ti be the opposite of customer service training and if they could go into the negative as far as what their training percentage would overall be rated upon then they would absolutely fail.
Panera is convenient and I usually dig the food. I looked for ways to give feedback privately to the store but I couldn’t find any short of calling, and some reviews on here suggest they don’t care, so I’ll just give my experience. There is a lack of attention to detail at this store that, if you have an allergy, means you just shouldn’t eat here. I’ve ordered an almond milk latte and received it with cream. Even if you don’t have an allergy, it’s annoying to put the time into customizing your order just to have them do whatever they want. And not having a recourse once you pick up your food other than “scream into the abyss” is annoying enough that you may as well go elsewhere.
Grossly over priced. A VERY small sandwich and a bow of lukewarm soup for $14.34I ordered the chicken salad sandwich there was less than a tablespoon spoon of salad on the sandwich. I was after 2 so not busy that was a 3 bite sandwich The soup and sandwich was tasty ut not a good value.
This time person at counter greeted me - unlike other times when I was unacknowledged, and therefore walked out. Staff was friendly, no problems.
My friend has one of the flat bread pizzas and I had the tomato soup. We thoroughly enjoyed our choices. The variety of cold tea was so refreshing and so good. I haven't been to a Panera in quite a while, I was very happy and my tummy was too!!
