Short Hispanic girl on the cashier at front claims she doesn’t speak Spanish. I talked in English and she said she didn’t understand either and realize she had a broken English as well ??♂️ She was rude and she said I cannot eat inside when still there are people inside and 30 min left before they close. Rude and not welcomingStaff. I just left for the poor service. All what I asked was rejected!! Never coming back!
I usually don’t eat at Panera but now I am a super fan. Having been part of their unlimited sip program has been life changing. It is a huge space for me to work in peace. And their food is top notch. Also, sign up for their rewards program for you will get a lot bang for your buck!
Not that I expected anything amazing from a chain but this location is the worst. Literally the worst attempt at french onion soup I've ever seen and all of the bread our family had was either hard or stale. In truth, I appreciate how incredibly underwhelming this location was because I will never be tempted to spend another dollar with Panera again.
My daughter could not even bring herself to eat the meal we paid $13 for. The food came out with the chicken in a clump, with some pieces looking uncooked. The chicken sandwich had mayonnaise all over the top of the bun.
If you order here, don't tip, check your bag, and don't bother with modifications. I have repeatedly had to ask where my sides and sauces are in my rapid pickup and "Modified" to them apparently means just throw any random thing in the container with the base thing anyways" as you won't get the added stuff you wanted even if you paid for it and if you wanted something gone it will still probably be there.Double check for all of your drinks too because sometimes they don't even bother to make them or give you cups.If anything just be safe and go somewhere else.
We travel frequently and sometimes, when on the road, stop at Panera where we usually find good food. However, this is the worst Panera we've ever been to. I ordered a deli chicken sandwich, but they didn't have deli meat, so instead, they gave me roast chicken, which was horrible chunks of chicken that did not belong on the sandwich. Additionally, they slathered a thick layer of yellow mustard on the bread. Who puts yellow mustard on turkey? Certainly not me. It was inedible. My wife order a cob salad, which was not a cob salad she was used to. It was a junk salad with lettuce core, no egg, chewy bacon bits, and a mini-amount of avocado. Honestly, this experience turned us off of Panera forever. It was a horrible experience.
The food was good but the receptionist take your order like if she would be doing you a favour
The front worker, ellie I beleive, was standoffish she didn't seem eager to be there. The food was mediocre and I paid 4 dollars for hands down the most disgusting cup of coffee I have ever had. Undrinkable. Don't waste your money.
I usually have a good experience but this was in a small shopping center hard to get to no parking. Went through the drive thru with some senior citizens, got sandwiches and soup, then taking them to the park by the lake, got there no spoons, i called back the guy said Denver ordinance, you have to ask for utensils. I live 1 hr away visiting a nursing home. Panera employees still need to ask, we all dont know this, so they couldn't have soup. Not happy. If your in Denver remember to ask fir napkins and utensils.
Excellent meal, and drinks. Cleanliness was great too. They forgot my chocolate croissant initially. I went to get it, and it was worth the wait!!Favorites: broccoli soup, breakfast Flatbread with egg!
