Staff is quick, too quick. The food is great, right now they have the drink deal, it's 10.95 a month unlimited drinks every two hours.
Got a better greeting from the crack heads out front then I did by the employees. Walked out after being ignored. Denver for the win.
This place is very slow. In addition the ice coffee we got tasted very poorly. I ordered a bagel that took longer than it should’ve considering the short line. Then I was giving cream cheese in a container with out any means to smear it for my to-go order.
Food is amazing the only reason that it's not 5 stars is because the food took more than 45 minutes.
I like Panera Bread, this location was a bit lacking. We went on a Saturday afternoon. I bought a pick your 2. my half Chipotle chicken Avacado had barely any chicken and can't taste the Chipotle sauce at all. ALL of the sodas were flat and there were no medium lids, but that's ok they daid we could just use a large cup instead, that was nice. The dining area was beautiful and clean. There is wheelchair accessible and you can order yourself on the pad. The soups were amazing.
Not in this area that often, but I wanted something good to eat just for a small late lunch. Chose this place because Panera has been a long time favorite of mine. The staff here are very friendly and nice, and the girl at the front counter was very efficient at her job. Service and cleanliness aside, though, the food here does not meet the usual Panera standard. The bread on my usual order was notably crunchier, almost difficult to eat, and it had a small amount of contents between the two pieces (almost felt like I paid for bread with a side of a few other ingredients). The side baguette was extremely crunchy and hard to bite into, so I just ended up throwing it away. The wait for my food was extremely long as well despite the lack of business. While this is an aesthetically pleasing cleanly establishment, the food is not up topar with how other Panera Bread restaurants are. The only part of my order that was absolutely delicious was the frozen caramel latte. I will be going to other Panera Bread establishments in the future, just most likely not this one.
Panera bread is not what it used to be. I used to work for Panera and I thought it was a pretty good company with the quality of their food, management, pay... But now it seems like they are all underpaid because I don't get very happy customer service at almost any location. Their prices have gone up drastically. Their large Mac and cheese is $10! Insane. They also got rid of their French toast bagel- I think that was a bad decision.
This location makes spending $40 on soup and a sandwich worth it when they follow order notes! Eff Darin! And I stopped spending money in all metro area locations due to his inadequate management, but this location draws me in with their competent service! Maybe not the kindest bunch of folks, but always COMPETENT and getting it right!
This panera in downtown is just the best place to grab a coffee while stopping by to study in doors. Pretty quiet, few people, and very clean.
Clean and the staff was friendly. I asked to fill my water bottle before purchasing anything. I was showed where I could do that. The bathroom are coded due to homeless people trashing the place.
