We visited here for the second time during our visit to Denver. Our server Janet was amazing, nothing was to much trouble, she really went over and above with her survive she’s one in a million. On both visits we had great food and drinks. Caz and her team are so great, they really made our visits memorable. If you are in LODO area it’s really worth visiting. Thanks so much
First time ever trying sushi. My husband wanted to go easy on me so the waiter suggested dragon rolls. (I think that was the name) I'm so glad he suggested whatever it was because I did not like what my husband had picked. So yeah for my server. We had a great dinner and the atmosphere was just what we needed. I was pleased. I will be eating sushi again at P. F Chang's. Thanks
I have to say I have never had such a good experience at a restaurant. During a company lunch order, my order was included. I called P.F. Chang's and explained to the manager this was the second time this had happened (understandable when doing a lunch order for 22 P.F - Chang's or Door dash??????) The manager (Cass) was so pleasant to deal with. Cass was understanding, kind, professional and most of all had a smile on his face when I arrived. Thank you <3.After work I picked up my forgotten order and because of so much construction down town, I got lost. I called and the greeter Jazmin who was amazing as well, stood on the phone with me while directing me to P.F. Chang's. That was a pleasant surprise, 2 great employees in one place wow!!! (WHAT!!!! :o) <3 )Thank you................Cass and Jazmin for all your help and for making my day that much better.Denise SanchezCoterra Energy INC.
Our waitress, Janet was very kind and quick, and we got a huge amount of amazing food. The tea was awesome. I especially recommend the banana dessert, it's the best. Sending my greetings to the server assist, Stephen, and Cass, the manager.
Place was close to empty and kitchen was backed up. Employees looked sketchy (goth hostess was weird).
Our spontaneous date night began simply enough. After a brief conversation about where to eat last night (7/4) I pulled up open table (at 8:15) and found a suitable table for two at 8:45. We donât live far so thirty minutes ahead felt like plenty of time. We arrived at 8:40, and thatâs when it all turned. We were greeted by a server, no host or manager at or near the podium. The server very matter of factly informs us that PF Changs closed at 8:00, despite the information on both google search for the hours and also the company information on the actual open table app. Iâm in the service. industry and have seen my bosses in the Open table app and how they can meter and also turn off reservations for time slots on any day and any time. The sole problem I see here that has prompted this negative review is that no electronic marketing, links or any other information posted anywhere said they were closing early. Not a big deal if management (the ones that dropped the ball here) had simply gone into this app and shut off reservations so I donât have to show up to an Open table CONFIRMED reservation only to find out youâre closed. On a brighter note Fogo de Chao was open and served us a delicious meal.
We had a small event and the team accommodated us perfectly. I only put 4 stars as they were out of a few key things. All the items ordered were great!
Amazing service, but the food wasnât what it used to be. It lacked the seasoning. The lettuce on the lettuce wraps was so small, it couldnât hold a small spoonful. The accompanying sauce was blah compared to the array of seasonings offered in the past. I didnât write this kind of review during Covid crisis times, but we are all starting to move on and if this is the new norm, Iâll eat fast food Chinese instead next time.
It’s delicious. Always good food, great service, and chill vibes. This location is not my favorite atmosphere wise but nothing to complain about.
Great lunch, love the northern ribs
