This place is awesome, I just moved the Denver and I was looking for back ribs and tomahawk and these guys have everything !!! In addition, the service is very nice !! If you like good meat, this place is definitely worth it.
I love this place! I usually come in for tomahawk ribeyes.We got a prime rib roast for Thanksgiving and it is amazing!I highly recommend Oliver’s!

I was looking for some great grain fed steaks. The prime looked great, so I bought 3 ribeyes for just short of $100. The meat was pretty good, but not $32/lb good. The most disappointing thing was that the steaks were 1-1/2" thick on one side, but tapered to 3/4" on the other. I couldn't see that with the steaks in the counter since only the top is visible. Pretty sloppy butchering at Mercedes prices.
I live in the neighborhood and come here at least once a week. There is a great variety of meats, most notably a variety of interesting sausages. Everyone working at Oliver’s is super friendly.
I have been going to Oliver's Meat Market since I moved to Denver almost 30 years ago, there is no other meat market that even comes close to their superior meats....and everyone in this small shop is very friendly and always willing to share information about the variety of products they sell. As a bonus their andouille sausage is so amazing I wish I could eat it everyday!
