Never been so frustrated at a restaurant in my life. Almost left before receiving our meals. One bad server can’t destroy an entire restaurant though, I hope. Our server was super slow and non attentive. Other tables that sat well after us were served their meals well before us. No refills on drinks, no cleaning of used plates. She only had a four table section and only three tables were sat at the time. Never asked if we needed anything or how was our food.Thankfully for another server, Tre, we got refills and to go boxes after our meal finally arrived, but cold.The manager on duty was also helpful and apologetic to our situation and discounted some of our bill.
It was a nice experience. The waitress was great and the food tasted great.
I have been coming here a lot lately for lunch during work. Have had great experience each time. Especially with bartender Jason who went over and beyond while serving us! Def love this location!
This Olive Garden location upholds the Olive Garden standard. This location is in the Northfield shops area of Denver and, as big as the area is I had to use GPS to find it. The staff greeted us as we entered the restaurant. We were waiting on a friend and they offered to have us look around a bit to see if my friend had arrived so that was nice. Once seated our staff member was attentive and made sure to ask us if we wanted cheese on everything. (my favorite) I was visiting a friend whom I haven’t seen in a couple of years, so it was a nice place to sit and visit and catch up. All of our requests were met. We even added a to go order to the bill at the end. The to go order seemed to take the longest to be ready, but overall, the experience is what you would expect at an Olive Garden that is keeping up with the standards set by the company. All of our food tasted great and the salad was fresh. I appreciate having a great experience, especially when traveling, at a place you recognize from back home when you don’t have time, or it isn’t convenient to eat local for one meal.
Shirianna is a Rockstar! Deserves raise and promotion- excellent customer service super personable and patient. You guys got a diamond in the rough there! Best experience I've had at Olive Garden like... EVERI didnt like how the servers would walk by me even though I'm waving & flaggin them down to get a simple request fulfilled....like a name?? So I can write positive reviews....
The staff was very accommodating and on point, which made the dinner go flawless. The waitresses gave great suggests from the menu, which truly helped with honest upsell. My only issue was our area truly didn't accommodate disabled people for traffic flow. I saw several tripping hazards. Which this would be a hostess flow chart planning skills.
I do not go to Olive Garden often but I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff was awesome
This place is very good for large parties. We had a party of 12. The food was really good. Fast service. Good recommendations from our waitresses. Family friendly with customizable kids menus. Kiosks to keep the kids entertained. Even though it was super busy they had enough staff to be attending to all assigned tables. I believe it was the manage even came over to our table and asked if everything was going well and if we needed anything.
It's still delicious, With quick service and Good food. We went there on a Thursday night expecting an hour wait but set in the bar right away and was finished with our meal before the people at the door even were sat. Don't forget about the bar seating. Thanks to Alex and Craig we had a good experience.
First time ever being to Olive Garden. Was expecting over-priced food to compensate for what, in my opinion prior to going, was going to just be a snooty place with just subpar food. I was wrong. I'm not going to say the food was mouth-watering or life changing in anyway. Not going to claim I discovered the secrets if the universe eating their food, but the food was indeed very tasty and flavorful. Breadsticks were good, salad was fresh, and the entrée was obviously the star if the show. It took a little longer to even just get our drinks, and a little longer to get the main dish, but that is my only complaint. And our waitress was really cool
