It is the perfect coffee shop to walk to from Denver Hyatt Regency. I got a latte like I always do. It was a perfect drinking temperature, and the flavor was a light roast. As my sister explained, the light roast tasted like baked yams. I will be returning for some delicious coffee.

Excellent espresso. Seems like a great roast, but they need to dial in their pour over process a bit. I got a decent brew, but seemed under extracted.

We came across Novo Coffee in Downtown Denver and our coffee was great. I alway appreciate it when Oat Milk is available so that was also good. Service was welcoming and friendly and it was pleasant sitting inside facing the street and watching the world go by.

As with every city I visit, I always try to find an appropriate local coffee shop and in Denver it was Novo. Staff were very attentive, the coffee and coffee drinks were on par with the best around the world, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. Enjoy

For espresso drinks, they also give you choices to pick the beans, usually the regular house espresso bean plus a rotating special.

Cute and convenient little coffee shop. The cappuccino with oat milk was great!

Busy coffee shop but they did well with only 2 baristas at the time I was there. I had a cappuccino and it was great. Milk was steamed well and not too hot, the espresso used as the base was very flavorful with chocolate notes and good sweetness. Breakfast burrito was fantastic and you can’t beat the price. Highly recommend and I am picky

Located just off 16th street Mall, great local coffee shop with locally roasted beans and precision brew methods! Excellent spot to enjoy a Chemex pour over coffee with choice of beans. I selected the La Laguna beans from Nicaragua. Notes of Strawberry, jam, and fudge. They feature a high end synesso espresso machine with three different grinds and beans. We tried their vanilla latte, which was smooth and delicious!I recommend their breakfast burrito: eggs, potatoes, and bacon. Excellent value at $6!Free Wi-Fi and restrooms for customers.

First time visiting here! The atmosphere is great and both the baristas there were friendly. I ordered their seasonal latte, Maple Bourbon, it was so good! I also got a zucchini chocolate muffin that I couldn't eat fast enough? Overall a great experience!

The latte was pretty good - superior to Starbucks but not as outstanding as some I’ve had in Portland. Service was very friendly. The butter croissant was dense and rubbery - I could only eat a few bites.
