Quick Pickup. The lady was rude with an attitude that it was a bother to grab my order. I don’t help myself to the bags behind a counter. I see people do it. Anyone can just walk in and grab - gross. I ordered bbq Mac and cheese. I get Mac and cheese no bbq sauce at all. Requested plastic ware and says it on the bag. None. Save your money.
I just paid $12 with tip and waited 45 minutes for this. A bowl of spring mix with a few pieces dry chicken and a handful of croutons. I also got to watch an employee get frustrated and walk out. Talk about a bad experience! If you don't have staff, don't open. I walked away once before when they were understaffed. Should have done the same this time, but I had already placed an online order.
If you need a place for a quick lunch this isn't the place. I've never had an online order done on time. You should expect to wait an additional 15-20 after your online order says to pick up. I understand a lunch rush, but when employees could obviously care less and are moving like they just woke up it all adds up.
My biggest issues was the lack of employees coming into work and not washing their hands! I get the wait on the food for being short hand but wash those hands young man! 4/20 around 5pm …he started working behind the lady who did front cashier! Hopefully the young lady whom came in with a bag at least washed her hands idk didn’t see her. Food was decent though.
The noodles were undercooked, ruined the entire dish ? you had one job, cook the noods! What happened??
I am not saying the food is the best you will EVER have in your life but they have so many options for lifestyles likes Vegan or gluten free, and the food is good and filling.I want to shed light on gentleman named Jay that works at this location.... I was immediately impressed by his sweet, kind, and hard working attitude and THEN i learned it was also his birthday and he was at work with nothing but positive energy. He was kind to a homeless man that walked in and gentle and it gave me chills. He was compassionate and also on top of orders and cleaning. He deserves to get a raise or something, he completely changed my visit to this store from good to great in a matter of minuets. We need more people like him in this world. I hope he knows his compassion does not go unnoticed.
I understand at a lunch rush it’s hard to function. I’ve been in food service before and have had to deal with it many a time. Waiting 20 mins to order makes sense, there are a lot of people in line, etc etc. What really drives the nail in for me was waiting 50 minutes after the initial 20 for a regular order of Pan noodles and seeing people who came in after me get their food first. The food is absolutely delicious don’t get mewrong, but an easy “It’s going to be an hour wait.” would have been enough to give me the option to leave, or buckle up and wait. Also the note of “Oh it was three time worse yesterday.” does not make the situation any better. It shows that something needs to change, however nothing is being done to help the situation.
I really wanted to give this place a chance a second time but, I am not. The first time I came to this location was with my mom. The workers were yelling loud and being so obnoxious making alarm noises with their mouths. Then today I come in, they ignored me as soon as I walked in. They kept doing their side work. They looked at me and didn't greet me right away. Like, I am customer.... your job is customer service. When she was done taking my order didn't tell me thank you. Again, with being obnoxious but, this time she was singing. I thought this was noodles & company not noodles & karaoke. Please get your staff under control or find a new staff.
My Favorite Location Of This Chain! The food is always made perfectly and the ppl who work here are always friendly and engage in great conversation. Can charge ur phone here while eating and that is rare to find anywhere any more. Highly recommend this location of noodles & Co. Over any other locaion of theirs.
Enjoyed the tortellini with pesto and a fountain drink for dinner. I still haven't tried their stroganoff; perhaps next time.
